FOOD: We ordered the miso soup and house salad to start. The miso soup was amazing. The house salad was just okay. The ginger dressing was too thick for us. Then we ordered various sushi and the teriyaki chicken. The sushi was fantastic. They did an amazing job on this. However, the chicken teriyaki wasn’t the best. The consistency and flavor wasn’t reminiscent of hibachi. A bit on the rubbery side. Overall, you can’t go wrong with sushi here. Other things on the menu might be a gamble. Not sure. It all depends on what you like!
SERVICE: The servers were attentive and nice. Par for the course. They did forget a few items we needed, but we did eventually recover them.
ATMOSPHERE: Very open concept. Not really an intimate setting if you’re looking for privacy or a date. The decor was okay. Small space, but they try to make the most of it.
In sum, this is a solid place for sushi. Not sure about the other items on the menu. I would recommend takeout for this place....

I've never been here, but decided to stop by on my birthday with some friends and we sat on their patio because the weather was nice. It was the first day that they opened the patio, so felt very grateful that it just happened to be on my birthday.
The Chef here goes by "The General" and General's food is on point. I can't wait to go back.
We had a lot of goodies from all over the menu with the help of our server. We had a few starters like the Baby Octopus, Tuna Tataki & Fried Calamari, which was a nice combination of fresh, marinated and fried dishes. For dinner, we shared a few dishes like Soft Shell Crab Tempura, Fried Chicken Katsu with rice, Miso Soup, and two signature rolls - French Kiss & Nice Kick Rolls.
We are already planning a trip back to visit The General and enjoy some more of his food :) Thanks for a great...

Moida is going to be an issue for us. Absolutely beautiful interior, friendly staff, and an outstanding team making rolls and cooking behind the bar. I don’t think I can ever eat edamame again that isn’t prepared like their spicy version.
Every piece of sashimi was high quality. I’m almost suspicious some of the tuna wasn’t just butter with dye in it. Fresh, perfectly proportioned, and beautifully presented.
They’re relatively new to the area, and I don’t think their advertising game is strong. I stumbled upon it on google maps. We’ll be visiting again soon and taking our friends. Hopefully you do the same. It shouldn’t take long for word mouth to have their dining room packed most nights.
Don’t think about it, just go...
