After a terrible previous experience, I swore that I would never return to this location. Unfortunately, I had to return to this Willy's and I regret that very much.
To-Go Summary: absolutely horrible service, order was missing multiple items, disorganized store, and to top it all off: the food was cold!
From start to finish, the Willy's staff had no consideration for anything or anyone. After waiting longer than expected, over thirty minutes for a To-go order, I was handed my order and I asked the employee for a Chipotle Mayonnaise. She assured me that "it was already in the bag" and then I asked her for the two bottles of water that were included in the kid's meals. Another employee assured me that "it was also in the bag already". In my car, I discovered that I did not have the chipotle mayo, the two bottles of water, the queso dip, or the correct amount of tortilla chips. I immediately walked back into the store and all three of the employees ignored me. That is correct and I must emphasis that the employees purposefully ignored me. From a business standpoint, how is this acceptable in any scenario? I had to get back in line and wait to address an employee. Can you imagine? Once again I will emphasis the fact that two of the employees had just helped me with my To-go order not more than five minutes earlier. Can you imagine? "I'm sorry" is cold comfort.
And of course, after all of this, the food was cold.
My To-go included two meals, two kid's meals, and a queso dip.
Willy's is normally a decent place to eat, but not this location. Stay away. After another horrible experience, I would rather find snacks at the nearby Exxon than visit this Willy's again.
YOU...
Read moreDear Willy's, sorry. I've been eating with you since the 90s at the delk location. Nowadays I normally go to the location on Johnsons ferry and everything's great but i was closer to this location tonight.
It was awful, the ingredients taste like they've been sitting out, the lettuce not even rinsed before putting it on the line. The gentleman making my burrito skimped on my full portion of meat which is for the best since it tastes stale and cold.
One of the staff asked me what my party size was, I told her that I've never been asked that at any willys before, she became sarcastic and defensive and spoke to me like I was a child explaining how parties work. Was she going to seat me? I think not, some this is Willy's... there were plenty of open tables too.
Most of the staff is just standing around but the main thing was the quality... it just was not there. I didn't even get halfway through my burrito it was that gross. I'll stock to Johnsons Ferry but I hope this new location isn't a taste of things to come because if it is I'll have...
Read moreIf this is how an Assistant Manager treats a customer — RUN. Been in the food service industry for 6 years, including these understaffed post-pandemic times. My husband and I are huge Willy’s fans, but every time we leave this location we’re always disappointed, and today I get why. Asked for a tortilla in the bowl, a simple request which I have gotten at every location before no problem (literally my go-to item i get it so often) but today it was a problem for the Asst. Manager, saying it wouldn’t fit. I said I’d be ok if it was a problem, but she said it was fine, then turned a switch was completely uninterested in our order. Being the only people in line, she was rushing to finish while being extremely rude and disrespectful, finishing it off with not even bothering to put the lid on my food, but could manage for my husband. Even gave us to-go lids, but no bag, without us even asking for it to-go. Felt so unwelcome we just took it home. If this is the example she sets for the restaurant, then we should start giving the other burrito...
