Didn’t take a pic of what we ordered but I can honestly say, I was impressed with everything. Note, don’t come into this place hungry because you will order a lot lol which is what we did. We never knew this place existed here until it was recommended by a good friend of ours. We ordered rose petal(yes made from real roses) ice cream, pine nuts ice cream(my favorite and the best) a fruit cup, mangonada, and other knick-nacks. We also purchased some aprons from them that were extremely cute! All day of the dead and Frida aprons. I highly suggest the pibe nuts ice cream, it was the first time I’ve ever heard of it and loved it! Will definitely continue to give this establishment our business. Spoke to both owners while there, very very very sweet and patient people, very friendly and very informative with the many choices of ice cream. They’ve been opened two years now and are doing a great job! Also, the waters are as fresh as they get. They literally make them fresh in front of you! Highly highly recommend this place, and if you’re not too happy with your choices or my recommendations, next...
Read moreWe came for the ice cream, other reviews said it was the best ice cream in town. It was certainly delicious, but my favorite part was getting to experience the enthusiasm of the staff in sharing their pride in their product. They offered us samples, answered our questions, and even shared some of their culture with us. They excitedly shared that the ice creams are all homemade by the owner and the flavors change all the time. My kids went gaga over the bright and beautiful colors of the ice pops. I tried and loved the color and creaminess of the Mamey ice cream, something I'd never even heard of before. I can't wait to come back to see which new flavors will be in stock. Looks like a great place to come with friends, there are other snack options available besides ice cream, too! Something...
Read moreFirstly, disregard that review by Amanda—people like that are over privileged & culturally deprived. Best Scoops offers Mexican “Gelato”, besides other Mexican offerings that are traditional and interesting, to say the least. We’ve been going here for years & the owners always welcome feedback, improve & add exotic flavors that are exceptional. The Ginger-Matcha, Pistachio, Coffee, Nito, Dulce de Leche, Guanabana, Horchata, etc. Very Competitive Prices—I avoid the others like Amy’s, BRs, Andy’s & Freddy’s, which are typically nitrogen rich. There’s a bootleg paleteria down the road—don’t even bother wasting your time. Size Doesn’t Matter Here, it’s hands down the best in Round Rock and Too Five in...
