Very disappointed with my Mobile App experience. I used the app to place my order. The app is great. Very user friendly, easy to follow prompts and provides alot of detail about your order. I then arrive to the location and park in Mobile Spot #3 and select the option for mobile parking in the app which then prompts me to enter the spot number that I am in, which is 3. The app informs me that someone will bring out my order typically within 5 minutes. I look in my rearview mirror and see car after car after car go through the drive-thru with ease. 15 minutes later, I still do not have my order so I decide to call and speak to the manager to ask where my order was it. She comes on the line and says "Yes?". I start asking where my order is at and let her know that I have been waiting for 15 minutes in Mobile Spot #3 for my order. Instead of apologizing or even showing any sign of empathy, she immediately says "yes that order has been here ready but no one has come to pick it up. its just been sitting there." I then explain how I did not select that i would go inside and pick it up, hence the fact that I was sitting in Mobile Spot #3. She then decides to argue with me about the app and the process and how it provided her with incorrect information but she would send someone out with the order asap. I then explain to her that she had to have noticed a car sitting right outside of their drive thru window at Mobile Spot #3. A mobile pick up only parking spot. And for her to notice that no-one had walked inside to pick up this MOBILE order, maybe there was a connection there. But she didnt want to hear it. Instead she hangs up and sends my order to my car without a receipt and with another employee who didnt understand english instead of bringing it herself and apologizing since it was now 20 minutes without any food. the situation was handled the wrong way entirely and the manager could of cared less. Whether the app gave them the wrong information or not, the app needs to be addressed and the manager needs to be taught customer service. I was not looking to get a free meal or even a discount, just wanted them to be aware of their customers. last time I will ever dine at this location.

Went thru the drive thru w/ my girlfriend, waitied 3 or 4 minutes to even hear anything or be spoken to from the intercom. Once we were addressed, a VERY rude and extremely impatient as well as careless young female ALMOST took our order. Yeah, ALMOST!! My girl was ordering and was rudely cut off by the girl saying loudly, almost as if she was snapping at her and said "We don't serve breakfast here!" um.. She didn't say anything about breakfast and she would've known and heard that if she would've let her talk and order but instead was rushing her and was so rude the whole time. After she was cut off, she repeated herself about the ice cream and the girl AGAIN was rude and said they didn't serve ice cream after 2 am. Okay, it's understandable and was news to us lol but calm down. And whenever she said that she was annoyed with us and said "anything else???" we said no thank you and she fake apologized obviously and we told her she wasn't and left.

Read moreUsed curbside for my order placed via the app. The restaurant was not particularly busy. After a longer than expected wait of close to 15 minutes my order was delivered to my car abruptly by someone who appeared to be management(dress shirt and tie). The order was quickly handed to me without any confirmation about who I was or what was in the order. I immediately noticed an extra coffee and tried to inquire. But did not have a chance before he walked off. I had an extra coffee and a apple fritter I did not order. There was also no ketchup or salt for my fries so I had to go through the drive through to get the salt and ketchup. But before I could backup, the same guy came up to my window again, handed me a sack and walked off. Wt...? It contained 2 cheeseburgers that were not mine. Luckily the guy in the car next to me thought that maybe it was his order so he approached me and I was able to give him his food. The whole thing was very unprofessional.
I find myself wondering when the fast food restaurants are going to try to achieve the standards that they had pre-covid. I think the people of the U.S. have been very patient and forgiving during this Covid even. But it is time for all businesses to get back to, at least, the professional service levels we enjoyed before the Covid disaster. Let's step...
