Ding-a-ling Tea, what a terrible first impression. I ordered a coffee milk tea slush and some crunchy rice online for pickup. I arrived at the counter to pickup my order when it was stated to be ready & received no greeting. I had to stand there while 3 women bantered back and forth about there being no crunchy rice. Then someone finally decided to come back and tell me that they were out of rice. Okay, cool, where's my drink? Silence. So you decided to allow people to order something that you don't have available, not tell them it's unavailable, take their money and not fulfill any part of the order? No thank you. Refund my complete order. They did. After making me go back outside get my card (that they didn't even need) and wait in line again before they processed my refund. No apology, no explanation, no sense that they even cared to make things right. I will be shocked if I ever visit another Ding Tea again. Highly...
Read moreI am disappointed. I really had a craving for a taro milk tea with boba, because this is the first beautiful day after the freeze. I asked for light ice(my usual), and when i saw that there was over 3/4 cup of ice, I went back to see if they would make it right. I stood at the pickup counter while they played a hand of cards, then had to interrupt to get help, even though they were literally standing right there. They said they could take out the ice, but it would just dilute it. Why didn't they offer to remake it right? I told them the reason why i ask for it, is because I'd like to eat the Boba, and the ice makes that hard. Why pay .95 extra if you can't even enjoy it. They just said shake it. It's ridiculous to pay extra for an already overpriced item, and they can't be bothered to take the order right or fix it. Poor customer service. Is this amount of ice actually...
Read more3 strikes, you’re out. I’ve tried this place 3 times, thinking I kept catching them on an off day. Sadly, each time was a frustrating experience. I usually am served (if you can call it that) by this one employee, a guy, and he’s less than helpful to the point of being rude. I’m not familiar with the menu, so if so ask a question, I get an impatient reply as if he can’t be bothered to explain anything.
My husband tried them out as well, separate from me, and said he had the same experience.
Furthermore, I’ve tried to order 3 different things and it’s never good. Today’s drink went straight down my sink when I got home.
Finally, I asked about the ingredients of the creamer in the milk tea and neither of the 2 employees there could tell me, even after I specified that there are some ingredients I can’t have.
I’m done...
