Edit to add: we ended up going back the following day per Carlos request - my family and I really enjoyed it, ice cream was great and my daughter finally had her small cup of rolled ice cream.

We were in the shopping center and I decided to bring my 8 yr old daughter to check it out. As we walked in there was a family sitting on the right and we were waiting behind 2 people. As my daughter is watching the 2 girls make the rolled ice cream the girl with the short hair (after about 2 minutes) told us that they were closed and they were making the last order for the 2 people in line. I was definitely surprised as it was 8:05, the door was open (I mean could 1 small vanilla ice cream be too much to handle) I didn’t pay attention to the business hours walking in since we saw people in line (my mistake) I asked if she was the manager and she said yes... well her talking to me with her head down, who couldn’t even look at me and my daughter shows me lack of leadership. If she was so in rush to close as a ā€œmanagerā€ she should have locked the doors right at 8 instead of disappointing an 8 yr old child. I’m definitely a small business supporter but this shows how even small businesses reject incoming new business. I think her response should have been more like ā€œI’m sorry but we close at 8, but we will be open tomorrow at 2:00 and we would be happy to serve you then...ā€ dang at least apologize for allowing us to walk in and at least try to welcome us back. Horrible management, poor service, lack...

Ice cream was delicious. The girl rolling the ice cream did a phenomenal job (I believe her name was Seline?) That is earning of my five stars. HOWEVER. I do not know what the world the other guy working was doing that was so important he couldn’t help with orders. Our wait time alone was an hour. This didn’t bother me because she was working her hardest to grind out order after order but watching the other employee just standing around or going into the back or carrying out an empty box or just staring at her or on his phone while orders are PILING up on her bothers me a lot. People were cancelling orders over the wait time when if he would just help her, the wait time would be cut in half. I’m disappointed by the lack of leadership (as I assume he must be management of some sort because he was showing her how to do something when we first came in) the entire two hours we spent, waiting and enjoying our ice cream I did not see him help her make a single order. I really hope this doesn’t happen in the future because that would drive business and future and current employees from the establishment. Food industry is a TEAM effort and when one person slacks the whole machine falls apart. All the praise to the girl who made our order. I hope my tip when I paid goes...

So I usually love ordering from here online and have many many times

First time I decided to stop by in person to grab a treat for my niece & sis And first of all I don’t wanna do this but I own multiple businesses and customer facing companies so I have some basis … when I walked in to pick up my order it smelled like a dead animal. Idk if there’s something in the back but the smell was repulsive they should check their gutters and plumbing

I was trying to run out of there when a beautiful young lady with braids from one of the other shops came in I goes to converse with the sweet rolls employee and she was rude af.. making fun of ppls orders and talking about how she would never eat that cuz of calories etc etc and making other customers uncomfortable including myself

Like Honey ur In an ice cream shop… ofc ppl gonna get fattening items lmao

Anyways the employee was in a rush to make my niece waffle it wasn’t cooked properly He gave me the container and they went back to flirting

I was confused What did I just witness Why am I here šŸ˜‚

Second the quality of the sweet rolls was extra grainy idk if that’s normal .. was not appetizing and was chunky I never had it like that before but whole vibe was off

Sadly Won’t be returning I used to...

There are obviously pros and cons with having to use a QR code to order.. we liked the fact that we could order and customize online so we could take our time ordering being a first time customer and not hold up a line.. also, it frees up a worker to work on orders, who would otherwise have to tend to people ordering upfront, which in turn could possibly delay making orders.. they were obviously short handed, only 2 workers with about 10 customers.. but with that said, we didn't mind it at all and the guy that made our order was very friendly and funny.. we ordered the mini pancakes and were made to perfection! Crispy crust but fluffy in the middle.. we opted for chocolate drizzle, toasted marshmallows with strawberry and pistachio ice cream.. wanted some fresh strawberries but they were out..and honestly, did not need them.. Will definitely come back with the kiddos next time..

This is an incredible dessert shop. We loved it. They have handmade rolled icecream made to your specs. Its very simple. First you just decide if you want it in a bowl, on a donut or in a shake. You have a choice of cream, yogurt or vegan non dairy for the base. Next you decide what flavor you want. They poor out the base on their frozen pads and start creating. The cream starts to freeze as they fold in your flavors. There are multiple toppings available and all of them are free. This is one of the most unique desserts I've had. Much better value at $7-$8 than overrated local Austin icecream shops. The only drawback is the place is small and if you are there at a peak time the line of 15-20 people goes out the door and around the building. It can be a pretty long wait. Its definitely worth the wait, I'm just saying be prepared.

This was an amazing and fun experience for my boys! My husband was excited to try rolled ice cream for the first time. The option to put it in a donut and unlimited toppings for free really made the difference, as most places charge per topping. The ice cream itself is so GOOD! this location used Round Rock Donuts and they were delicious. the workers were very kid friendly which is hard to find now a days and was a huge plus for me! We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they surprised him with a lit candle on his ice cream donut roll and we sang him happy birthday. the shop itself is very clean and so were the restrooms. for only $5 for the rolled ice creams, $6 for the ice cream donut roll and $7 for the milkshake, this was a fun experience and yummy exciting snack!
