Dunkin' — Restaurant in Roxbury Township

I have been contemplating leaving this review. I absolutely love this dunkin, and frequent here all the time. It’s a clean store, service is usually good and same with food and drinks. I am giving all 5 stars for everything, but there are issues that need to be addressed. Sometimes my drink is honestly terrible, and I hate to say that. It’s not often I get one that I feel that way. It truly depends on who makes it. From what I know about the owners standards of their business, they would not approve about some of the drinks I have been given. Another issue I have, a shift leader at your store, thought it was appropriate to yell at one of your employees, in front of a me, a customer! That in my eyes is completely unacceptable and truly bad for business. I am in no way saying that she should be yelling at her employees in private, it’s not right in the first place, but in front of a customer? I am here waiting for my coffee, as I hear the women behind the counter loudly saying curse words, and yelling to her coworker, that the customers need to be patient. To say the least of what she was saying. FYI I have been sitting here for 15 minutes wait for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches and haven’t said a word. They are not even that busy. Which now makes me feel super comfortable to even ask if they forgot about my order. I come here all the time and I know it gets busy. I’m never coming back here again.
