Arby's — Restaurant in Roy

I hadn't been to this fast food restaurant in a while, but decided to give it a try. The staff were exceptionally nice, but that's where the compliments unfortunately end. After placing my order and paying, I was handed each bag with a description of what was in each one. I pulled forward to take a look through them to make sure the order was right. Instead of a fish sandwich, I was given a roast beef sandwich. And instead of a ham and cheese slider with a side of Apple sauce, I was given a Jr. Roast beef sandwich and curly fries. I had to go back through the line and after explaining what had happened and showing the receipt, they wanted me to purchase the original sandwiches again instead of giving me the correct order. After finally getting to someone who understood what I was explaining to them, (and ten minutes of my time) they apologized and gave me a box marked as fish sandwich and a food envelope containing the ham and cheese slider. After reaching home and opening our orders, inside the fish sandwich box was yet another roast beef sandwich. How much confusion can happen in one...

Went through the drive through. They got our order right but when I handed the girl a coupon with my card she still charged me full price. I went inside for my discount to be put back on my card. There was a customer whose food was messed up, and the guy told the employee numerous times what he wanted and she still was getting it wrong. There was a different guy asking where his food was because he had been waiting 20 mins. The manager came up front and had to press the back button several orders and someone had cleared it as done. The employee that was working the drive through told the manager she didn't remember us giving her the coupon even though we did with my card. The manager ended up refunding my card the full amount and gave us the food for free due to having to go inside and the wait. It wasn't even busy and the employees were still messing up everyone's orders. The manager was great but the employees need to be...

went here for lunch and I asked can you make my chicken fresh? she says everything we make is fresh I said not always but can you please make it fresh she said yes its going to be a 6 min wait I told her it was fine worth the wait for fresh good food..... but... when I got my order after waiting 10 min my chicken sandwich is under cooked and was not appealing what so ever was very gross just tossed it I will not be returning to this arby's because I feel like that did this too me on purpose cause I asked for it fresh and told them its not always fresh she seem annoyed that I said that I feel like it was sabotage will not be returning to arby's its kinda sad cause I really like arby's and what their food could be but I have't had a freshly cooked and done* chicken sandwich in a long time its always feels like its been cooked hours ago or not done...
