Normally I don't have a problem with this location. Today however was a different story. Drive-thru was empty, service was polite and courteous. Sliders were good, fries were okay, but the chicken wrap burst open on one half and fell apart on the other half the second I pulled it from the wrapper, because it was improperly rolled (it was square AF before they cut it in half, piling everything in the middle heavily lopsided instead of evenly in a tube shape before rolling) I also had to wait for fresh mozz sticks, which is no problem, the problem was only 3 out of 8 of them were fresh, the other 5 were soggy and lukewarm. Normally if you're going to make a customer wait for fresh product, all said product should be fresh. Both of these items come from BOH/grill/frycook/whatever you call to cook. I understand its not the ideal position but there should be some higher standards in quality. This is the second time I've had the same issue and it's clearly because you have an employee who either doesn't know they're making mistakes, or doesn't care.

Where do I start? Its fast food. I do think Arby's is the high end of fast food. I saw an ad for "Petite Filet Steak Sandwiches," so I decided tonight was the night I was going to try it. I ordered up the Garlic butter Steak sandwich. The only thing wrong with the sandwich was the person who made the sandwich. There was garlic butter on top of the sandwich I would have preferred it to only be on the inside. Other than that, it was delicious. Also, bonus points I got fries fresh out of the fryer, so they were hot and crisp.

I can't complain about the service, but I did have to wait for a couple of minutes before I was acknowledged. Food was prepared quickly, which may be part of the problem. It wasn't very busy for my "dine-in" order, but they just slop the ingredients together (like everywhere else). I am past the point where I expect the food to look like the photos, but this was a complete mess. This was supposed to be a beef and cheddar with a sesame bun. Nobody seems to take pride in their work anymore.

Terrible. Just terrible. Arby's y'all slippin'! Really. This was bad bad. Start paying your people better so they WANT to actually work well while they are there. In turn they treat the customers better. Seriously. It's a thing. This used to be the best fast food. We are not coming back here again. Even if it's free. We are breaking up with you today... The worker acted confused when we were ordering. When asked to have it read back to verify that they got it all their response was "bro..." We sat for a min in silence and realized they we're done talking so we pulled up to the window. As we did, we could hear them say "Welcome to Arby's can I take your order?" 🤔 We ask for Arby's, horsey sauce and ketchup for 2 sandwiches, a 3 piece potato cake and a large fry. They gave us 19 packets!! Seriously bro? 🙄 My slider was on the bottom of the bag. Smashed by all of the other food and packets. It was complete mush and is now on the bottom of my garbage can. Uneaten. My potato pancakes were gray inside. Yuck. I asked for no ice and got extra ice. Absolute trash. I should have just made ramen. Next...

Just left this arby’s location. I ordered a large beef n cheddar meal with dr. Pepper and curly fries for myself. Also ordered a large dr. Pepper and some sides for my wife. I read my order to the employee at the drive-thru slowly and clear. I had to repeat my order multiple times since the employee couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. When I got home my order was not correct. I received little to no fries which were burnt to a crisp, two large diet cokes with ice filled to the brim not the dr. Peppers minus ice I had asked for, no sauces for the sides, and all this came out to 28$. I expect to have my order correct and to not have to repeat myself after I spoke clearly the first few times. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Plus the cheese sticks taste like a stale rubber tire that has been sitting in the sun for a year or two and the jalapeño poppers are like those ancient crumbs you find in the back of a dilapidated old restaurant...
