My response to Owner / Corporate.
I’m reaching out regarding a recent experience at your Royal Palm Beach location. I paid approximately $45 for three smoothies and two chicken pesto items. After encountering an issue with my order, I copied your link and submitted my response to your team to share my concerns.
Within a week or two, I received a $10 gift card along with an apology letter. While I appreciate the gesture, I believe the compensation was insufficient. The smoothies alone are close to $10 each, and with added protein (whey or pea), the cost increases even higher which I did include in my original order.
Given the amount I spent and the nature of the issue, I was expecting a more appropriate gift card amount. This resolution from the Owner / corporate level to me is lacking. I am a regular customer with this brand that spends X amount of dollars. This outcome it’s definitely disappointing.
I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with how this was handled, as I don’t feel it reflects the standard of customer service I’ve come to expect from your brand.
It’s very frustrating I have to write another review regarding the service. I hope this feedback gets a better understanding.
I recently placed a to-go order that included three smoothies and two chicken pestos. I took the time to clearly explain how I wanted the (Chia banana Boost) smoothies prepared, speaking slowly and in detail to ensure the employee understood my substitutions.
While waiting, the two chicken pestos came out first. I then waited an additional 15 minutes for the smoothies, resulting in a total wait time of about 30 minutes.
When the smoothies were finally ready, they were incorrect. One Chia Banana Boost smoothie was supposed to be split into two cups, which was not done. I also asked about the pea protein added to the other Chia Banana Boost smoothie, only to be told it was forgotten. At that point, I wasn’t even sure if the other requested substitutions had been made correctly. I had to ask the employee to split the smoothie and add the pea protein, and when she gave them back after the correction one of the smoothies wasn’t even filled to the top.
I also noticed I was charged extra $0.50 for cinnamon and $2.00 for dates even though I had removed ingredients like peanut butter and almonds, which typically cost more. These substitutions should have been swapped at no additional cost. Given that the smoothies were made incorrectly, I had no way of knowing what I was actually served.

Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order on the app for pickup and received an estimated wait time of 2:08PM. I arrived at 2:02PM and patiently waited by the back of the store until the estimated pickup time or until my name was called to pick up the order. The lines were long and customers were leaving due to the long wait times. One of the staff members had a really bad attitude, throwing blenders around, constantly making irritated faces to the customers and shaking her head. She visibly seemed as if she didn’t want to be there and was upset. That same girl placed my order to the side and never called out a name. I waited a bit longer just in case it wasn’t my order but after waiting over 15-20 minutes, I decided to walk toward the registers to inquire about the order. The girl at the register takes my name and walks away. The two other girls go in the back to have a conversation. No status or explanation was provided so I asked again on the status of my order and the girl with the bad attitude picked up the order she had placed on the side and never called out and handed it to us. This order had been left on the side for over 10 minutes. I raised the issue and said the order had been put to the side and no call out was made. The girls proceeded to get defensive vs taking accountability and said we were the problem and continued going back and forth with us. This was such an unpleasant experience just for some smoothies, customer service and providing a welcoming atmosphere clearly isn’t part of this store’s mission statement and values if their staff is acting this. We come in here all the time and I order the chicken ceaser wrap with no chicken and no lettuce and they can never get it right I always have to have them make it again and now they are mad bc their remaking it even though I told them how I wanted it in the first place. Today was the worst experience yet. Me and my boyfriend were the only people in there waiting to order and from when we first walked in nobody even acknowledged us. One blonde girl was making smoothies and I was fine with waiting because she was doing something. Than another girl with brown hair came from the back looking in the food making station and looked at us and just walked to the back. We sit down because no one has even talked to us just looked at us. The phone rings and they answer it in the back and a larger lady with long black hair walked up to the front to take the person order on the phone. Why is it that the people in store who were there before have to wait longer than the people who called after we were already waiting for someone to take our order. The larger lady with the long black hair got off the phone and was standing right at the register and still didn’t say anything not even a “sorry for the wait someone will be with you shortly” So we just left. Went to fire house next door and they served us right away, Giving firehouse a 5 star, their food is amazing and they actually have good...
