Usually, when I go to Kings I receive clean and quality food. Today, it was not the case. I watched while the cook unloaded a food truck in the midst of cooking my food-grilled cheese with tomato and fries. At no point did he wash his hands. I pulled my truck up to a point where I could see him in the back and front. He continued to unload product without gloves, and once I was able to get his attention-while at the grill handling my bread and cheese without gloves-he came back to the window. I then told him that at no point did he wash his hands. He looked completely shocked, and went and put on gloves to continue cooking my food-still no hand washing. After packing my food up, and telling me to have a great day, he then told me that they had 3 sinks in the restaurant. I then told him that I was able to see 2 out of the 3 sinks, and that he did not wash his hands even after I spoke to him. I then told him that the heavy set cook ALWAYS washed his hands at the sink beside the grill before cooking. I pullled off, arrived home, looked at food (grill cheese was messy with mayonnaise all over it of which I do not eat nor asked for, no tomato of which I did ask for, and fries that were not done/undercooked). I had to throw all the food in the garbage can. This was a waste of my money on today! Not only was my food contaminated, it was undecrooked and sloppy! It started with a rude cashier who clearly had just started there. Before the Karen’s come for me, I get everyone has a first day at every job but she didn’t even know how to correctly right down an order. Half of our order wasn’t correct and we got charged for something we didn’t order.
Our experience continued with children running around screaming wanting to play the claw machine. I get people need to control their own kids but when numerous patrons are clearly having a terrible experience the workers need to step up and say something.
It will be a while before I return back. And I assure you, if the same girl is working the register I will turn around...

You are telling me that I'm lying and I'll waste my time putting a review if it's not what happened. Sorry to say but I am not like that. Now, today my experience was I went to the drive thru and waited for like 40 minutes just waiting in line. And then maybe 15-20 minutes to get my order after I paid. I understand how busy it is there since we eat here atleast once a week. Now hearing from you and saying that this is bull when it fact it happened makes me unheard.
