This IHOP is one of the worst locations I have ever experienced! We are from Southern California and are not used to extremely slow service at restaurants. I'm not sure if it's a "small town" thing, or they just take NO pride in their service. We have eaten here several times, since moving here, and the result was the same EVERY time. They take forever to seat you, even if the place is fairly empty, and your server gets to you when they feel like it. I order the exact same thing every time we go...a country omelette, with extra cheese and the sour cream on the side. The last 3 times we ate there, I had to send my breakfast back for the extra cheese I requested. Not only was the sour cream not on the side, but it wasn't even a part of my order, even though it shows sour cream in the menu photo! I could probably deal with all this, if our orders came in a timely manner, but it took 20 - 25 minutes EVERY time! Sometimes, we are only one of 3 or 4 other tables, and it still takes forever. What are the cooks doing, in that kitchen, instead of cooking?! In California, this place would go out of business in a hot second! I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Do yourself a favor and just go to the...

This ihop use to be amazing!! I have worked there before! After undergoing new management I see a huge change! NOT FOR THE GOOD!! After coming back to this state of course I applied and immediately I could tell I was NOT wanted and yes I felt it was because the color of my skin! I was told I didn’t know how I would MESH with the crew(even tho I have 19 yes of experience with ihop, and never been terminated at anyone I have ever worked with) because not a lot work as I do(said by the GM) I was given the run around just to be told in the end they are NOT HIRING (lol) by the AGM STACY!! In which was very rude!!!!! She hung up in my face while I was trying to ask her what had changed so fast! Not to mention she said days before that she reminded me, (I don’t remember her)so of course I’m left feeling she made it personal as to why there are “all of a sudden” not hiring! Not ok ihop not ok!!!! No matter the COLOR OR PERSONAL FEELINGS! This should never be a reason to not employ anyone man or woman and after speaking to a few people this is nothing new. It’s very sad! But this is our would now! So yes only one star ⭐️ because I could give ZERO!! Have a...

The food was great! As it usually is however the service could have been better we had to ask for silverware and we were surprised to find out that we were charged 99 cents each for the flavored syrups without being told beforehand that it was extra.. It used to be on the tables already which is one of the thjngs ive always loved about this place however when the waiter brouggt our food and only original syrup i asked about the flavored syrup and he asked which flavor i wanted so of course i told him all of them because i like to pour a little of each one on my pancakes one at a time as i eat them so he brouggt us 6 little to go containers of syrup (2 of each strawberry blueberry and pecan) and took back the original flavor which i would have also liked to have but didnt bother to ask again for it later when we got the ticket we were surprised at the size of the bill and that we had to pay and extra $6 for syrup. It would have been nice to be warned about the change in policy and it made me sad to think such an iconic name as international house of pancakes now takes away the fun of having pancakes unless u want to be charged...

There I was, sitting with the kids, watching tv, when all of the sudden a commercial for IHOP’s all you can eat pancake special come’s on. My middle child looks at me, “THATS FAKE! No way! They can’t do that, can they? “ 😂😂😂 yes, of course they can, they do it ever so often!! We decide to go and are greeted with the biggest of smiles! Two to be in fact, the manager and the cook, with an empty restaurant, eagerly waiting for a rag tag group of goobers to invade! The manager seated us and got our drink order. She told us our waiter would be out shortly to take our order. In no way, shape, or form was I expecting the goofiest, sweetest, and honestly most friendly human I’ve met in a long time to be our server, we all ordered the all you can eat pancakes, they were brought out fresh, crispy, and fluffy in all the right places! With loads of extra butter and all the flavors of syrup. He joked with us, made sure we had plenty to drink and pancakes, of course! He was so sweet that my VERY introverted child took a picture with him! 🥰 THANK YOU DANNY, and the rest of the IHOP crew for helping our family create lasting memories!

Meal coming out was 45 min but we were warned before ordering. We were traveling so had time to spare. Waitress was helpful and prompt on checking us for drinks and such. Both of us had the Poblano omelette and both were not 'spicy' they were flammable hot with extra Serrano peppers. Half way through my wife started taking them out to make it edible. Hence the pile on her plate in the photo. There was more than plenty of poblano but the Serrano pieces seemed to indicate there were at least 4 per omelette. I considered it the surprise IHOP pepper challenge and soldiered through some of the hottest food I've had in years. I didn't get a you survived sticker at checkout so maybe not. I don't go out of my way to get hot and stick to medium so my estimation of 'VERY hot' is relative but it was way too hot to be eating normally. We wonder if someone didn't care for the Oklahoma Red sweatshirt my wife was wearing in Razorback country, which is silly, but couldn't think of any other reason an IHOP has a single item on the menu with a pepper symbol that was that over-the-top hot.
