Kozii — Local services in Russellville

I had been looking at couches online for MONTHS. All the ones I found were very expensive, and with four dogs in the house I was worried about their paws scratching leather up even though that is what I wanted. I gave up looking online and started shopping locally -- I went to every furniture store in Russellville and was disappointed not only with their selection but with their service. I couldn't walk in a store without a salesperson standing over my shoulder, but they were less than helpful when I had questions about ordering something that wasn't on the floor. Then I went to Kozii and the experience was WONDERFUL from start to finish. The sales people let me look without bothering me, and when I explained the style I wanted, the color I was looking for, and my concerns because of my pets, they were able to help me custom order a couch and a loveseat that were the perfect mid-century style I was looking for, the color I wanted, and in a leather that was durable enough to stand up to four dogs jumping up and down on them from time to time. They even arrived earlier than expected so their delivery people were nice enough to move my old couches out for me until they could be picked up. It's been over a year since we purchased our couches and they still look brand new! I will definitely be shopping there the next time I need something new. Thank you for being accommodating...

I am very pleased to give a excellent review of Kozii along with Dee and Joey, who assisted us through the process of purchasing new bedroom furniture. We visited the store numerous times and always received a friendly and helpful greeting. Dee was very helpful and informative as we made our decisions about our new furniture and lighting. The items arrived ahead of schedule and the gentlemen that delivered our new furniture were extremely polite, friendly, and took great care to protect the furniture from damage. Our entire experience with Kozii was excellent! This wasn't our first experience with these guys and definitely won't be our last. I recommend them to anyone needing to make a furniture...

Kozii Furniture was 1st class from the minute we walked in the door. We had done extensive shopping in Little Rock and Conway without committing to anything. That changed once we walked in Kozii. We found a beautiful couch, barstools, and a Tv stand we loved. There was no talk about assembly or delivery, because Joey had it included from the start! They delivered on a day that was best for my schedule a whole hour and a half away and assembled and did all the work super fast! They catered and got us pillows we wanted and overall we’re just extremely customer oriented. This may be our first purchase at Kozii, but it definitely will not...
