Visited quarto and not surprisingly wasn't greeted politely. the waitress was rude and scowled at me the entire time. I am a handicapped sr. Citizen, wasn't offered a seat, wasn't offered a menu, was ordered to "order" mentioned I was a first time customer and wasn't familiar with the menu..... Okay, you ready to order? 😂 Asked if I could view a menu, I was provided a menu, wasn't offered a seat, HOWEVER, when I asked if I could sit, I was told to sit at one of the high tables with the tall chairs, instead of trying to manipulate that fete I sat at the table provided for handicapped patrons. Ordered the single item plate menu cost 12.95 my cost 16.95 (imagine that) among other items made, mention to the waitress instead of apologizing and/or correcting the issue she wants to argue me down that that was the correct price I pointed out the cost according to THEIR menu then and only then did she concede by saying I have to talk to my manager I sat and waited on the manager to refund the difference, I waited so long (15 mins) until I asked for a full refund (30 + dollars) continued to wait, so I sat there and called my credit card company to cancel the transaction, when I told madam No Class what I was doing, magically the mgr. Appeared 😂 I learned a long time ago to NEVER pay cash for take-out!! Cash is extremely hard to get back, however, extremely easy when you have a huge banking institution fighting your cause. Great food, great service, and military friendly! I came here with my girlfriend to have lunch for the first time. One of the owners, Omar, personally greeted us and walked us through the various menu options and all the different ways we could order food either with the cashier, iPad ordering device he used himself, or self-service ordering system they had as well. Omar seemed like a very positive guy who enjoyed what he did, served customers at different tables along with the other staff, and happily explained what his restaurant was all about and how they made everything fresh right in their kitchen (which you can see through glass windows inside). I saw at least one police officer standing in line to order during my visit and almost all their tables were filled when I arrived around 11am. We tried out their nachos, cheese quesadilla, and Beyond Meat vegan options which were really good (Beyond Meat literally tastes like actual meat except it’s not, as we could hardly tell the difference). Omar also seemed big on community outreach as he told me about his interest in connecting with the folks in our area, which I thought was really great to hear.
