Just picked up takeout tonight for our daughters birthday. She ordered the Kung pad shrimp and only got 4 shrimps. Yeah, 4. All vegetables. I got the Mongolian beef and ended up with an e tire onion sautéed to resemble beef and few pieces of beef. My husband's spicy orange chicken was completely dry. Was like chewing on hay. We ordered a 10 piece appetizer of wontons and got 1 barely filled dip cup of sweet and sour sauce, even though we also got egg rolls. Lesson learned. We let our daughter choose where to order but she wanted to "try" this place. Our usual spot is Good Friends across the street. We will never stray from our usual spot again. Good friends is ALWAYS fresh, made when ordered, and amazing service from a generous family who prides themselves on building their business with amazing delicious portions that never disappoint. Had it been up to me, we never would've gotten Chinese food tonight from anyone but Good friends. But it was our daughters choice and all she kept doing during dinner was apologizing to everyone for the terrible food. Not her fault. Take my advice, do not order here. The massive amount of onions they gave me wasn't even edible as it was starting to rot. Couldn't even enjoy that since it's pretty much all I got instead of the beef. Save your money. Go to Good Friends across the street. Side note...not even run by Chinese chefs....

They use to have one of my family’s favorite chicken plate called the Spicy Garlic chicken wings! 3 years ago the plate was $8.99 for around 12 wings. We only came back occasionally and every time we came back the plates price was increased about a dollar and supplied with less wings. Today we attempted to ask if they take Apple Pay which they now do at this point the amount $13.59 still for less wings. In my opinion they are raising their prices too much for the type of restaurant and service they offer. For 2 boxes it came out to $32 because of added TAXES and Apple Pay Fee! Sucks that I’ll have to stop going here for my favorite comfort chicken cause the drive just isn’t worth it for some generic chicken that’s priced the same as a full combo meal. To top this off customer service has taken a turn. They use to have better relationships with their regulars but now they are so in and out with their conversations. After driving from LODI, CA and looking forward to getting a box of chicken to share with my love it was my last straw eating here when I got hung up on 3 times today by some man just because I asked about the price changes and was unfamiliar with added fees. Instead of explaining he just hung up. Would’ve posted a pic of the chicken I was referring to but fortunately I turned back around and decided not to eat...

I made a takeout order September 17th, the payment went through ( I'm saying this for inconvenience effect) I got to the restaurant after work (5:22 pm) the restaurant was closed. To correct this situation, I called them the next day, told them I'll come pick up the order and we agreed at 1200 hrs. I got there and the food was not ready, had to sit and wait. By minute 15, I walk out, a guy comes after me saying the food is ready ( right when I was about to call and say just refund me), 4 minutes later the woman brings out the food. I take a peek inside the top 2 boxes in the tied plastic bag. Thought we were good, no, get home, 2 of the boxes out of 3 were not what I ordered. I call them, guy says he will deliver it, he calls back and says the woman who packed the bag said the items were correct. I tell him give me your cell number so I can take a picture of the 3 containers, I sent him the pics with a pic of the receipt. He calls back still confused on what he owes me as to he did not look at the pics until we were on the phone. Now I'm waiting on a delivery, because I'm not driving back there, he could just reimburse me for all I care. Over the years the food has went south, slowly and now I see the service has begun to wither as well. This is last time I'll order or...
