I am a United States Marine Corps Vet 53 in age. My wife and I have been patronizing this location for at least nine years with no issues. However, I decided to visit one morning as I walked in I expressed too the manager that I needed too use the restroom before I ordered. I was declined. I explained that I really need too use it bad. I was told I needed too purchase something first. I didn't know what I wanted yet. The manager was very condescending in tone and continued too push me too order. Now I'm telling the I really needed too use the restroom. I was told by the manager that because of the homeless it's the company policy. I'm dressed in work attire, clearly not a homeless person. The manager was practicing a form of bias. In the end I felt very belittled and actually urinate on myself. I was so embarrassed by the manager after being told I was not welcome in the store while addressing the manager using terminology they preferred. I also reached out too there online and phone number and reported this situation. I was never called back so I followed up and was told that the local owner doesn't have to respond with a resolution or call. In other words we dont care. This is the second time I came to this location with new employees and the atmosphere in this place does not feel lively at all, except the shift lead named Alyisha who was very accommodating and friendly. I came in there to get a smoothie for my friend and I. I asked the shift leader that made mine why mine had a different coloring? And he said that a strawberry accidentally fell into where the bananas were, and he was gonna serve that to me anyway! Shocked at what I just heard, I said that I would taste it. I didn't like it so he did make me another one, but that was very disappointing how he was going to serve me an altered version of a PB banana smoothie. I visited your store today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I was in line, patiently waiting my turn, but when it finally came to me, I was completely ignored.
Every other customer before me was served promptly, but I was left standing for approximately 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me or offering assistance. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for your customersā time.
I expect an explanation and immediate action to ensure this does not happen again. If this is how Jamba Juice treats paying customers, I will seriously reconsider ever...
