Worst buffet experience ever! I was 1 of 3 customers during lunchtime. The buffet consisted of 4 dishes (lamb briyani, curry chicken, fish, and something indescribable)soup. No labels to clarify dish. I enjoy salt on everything but these dishes were to salty when for me! What Indian buffet do you know of that DOES NOT serve tandoori chicken??!! The dining area was filled with steam table pots, pans, and lids, carpenter tools, sanders and drill, the lady's room smelled putrid with no seat covers, the tables were covered with paper dollies and plastic utensils. The food was so flavorless and unidentifiable an Indian patron needed to ask, " what is this" customer service is non-existent I wasn't offered water and/or anything to drink I asked if the meal came with nan bread and the women said no, not at this time it's a 20 minute wait. The food tasted as if prepared by an American poorly following a recipe! I did ask how long they've been in business, the answer, the restaurant was recently purchased by new owners and cook. They should have saved their money. This place is a bust! The bill was 16.90 I paid 17.00 and the women says to me you're good ma'am you can go WITHOUT giving me my dime!!! Not that 10 cent is a lot of money but it's the principle. Read moreI have been to this place numerous times and never had such a bad experience. I ordered Masala chai and 4 other items over the phone. When I reached to pick up, the order manager did not have the Chai ready. He blatantly went on to say We are very busy right now to make chai. Really?? Never heard a restaurant say we are busy to serve you! Isn't that how you are supposed to be busy? I said you could you have said that over the phone, and he inquired his chef about chai and they said they dont have milk. Now the manager started to read out my order and went to LIE I never order chai over the phone. That just put me off. I have the call recording and I know hes lying. This guy was standing far off the front desk and doesn't even consider walking up to me or apologizing for goofing up the order. He went to say listen to me when I am talking, Thats not how you talk to customers!! I haven't see him in the restaurant before, so hes probably new and has poor manager skills. Read moreThe front desk staff is rude. We have experienced this just not once but thrice now since the covid19 lockdown. We are trying to help and support the local business but looks like the business owner does not care! They advertise the coupons and when we went to pick up the order, they are not willing to honor the coupon. In the email coupon it does not say about one time use and he was interrogating and arguing with us to make sure that this was the first time we were using the coupon. And today for Mother's Day coupon, when my husband called in the order for his wife/me (who also spoke on the phone with them) , they instead wanted to have me, the mother, come there physically to pick up the order!! Husband and kids wanted to pick up the order to surprise his wife but they did not allow that. Maybe next they will ask the mothers to bring the birth certificate of their children because any woman can come up and say she is a mother!!! Has the management changed? We will not be patronizing this...
