Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

-8 months later- I've made the same mistake again. I love the company, but this store in particular is terrible. Everything below still stands as the experience you can expect from this particular Domino's store.

This Domino's is out of sync. Multiple times my company has had issues getting pizza from this store. They will cook your pizza and have your food ready within 10-15 minutes of you placing your order. It will then sit in the store for 30 min to anywhere north of an hour before it even gets loaded for delivery. Add 15-30 minutes just for them to drive around and your pizza has been sitting around in excess of 45 minutes without heat. Three times we have cancelled upon arrival of the pizza, every time getting a cold greasy disc. The look on the delivery driver's face says it all every time we ask them to show us the pizza before signing the receipt. Each of these times the delivery driver has complained about being the only driver. Today, the pizza sat completed and out of the oven for 25 minutes without going out for delivery before we decided to cancel. When we called, they hesitated to cancel the order and stated that the wait time was well over an hour. We have NO PROBLEM waiting over an hour for pizza. Just not pizza that has been out of the oven for more than 45 minutes when the store is 4...

I have tried to order from this dominos a couple times over the past year. Every time ivenordered there have been problems and nothing but excuses. Today we ordered pizzas with the 5.99 deal, parmesan bites, and a side of wings. After placing the order we get the email stating 31 to 44 minutes for delivery.

56 minutes after the order we called in to see what the status was because the online tracker still said "preparing order" when we called we got the same excuses we got every time ... we're under staffed, ... the delivery drivers are out and haven't returned, ... we're swamped ... once a few orders back we were offered a cheesy bread as compensation but this time it was a kurt employee basically an eyed with our call and didn't care about our concerns.

It still took a while longer for us to recive our order and what we got wasn't anything close to "dominos" quality. The chicken was barely edible and by barely I mean if you found a piece that wasn't half burnt to a crisp when you tried to chew it you found a hard charcoal or something part to almost crack a tooth on.

I waited for several orders before writing a review but with the same results ever time I guess this is just how the owners run...

Worst dominos I’ve ever been too I’ve given this place time after time chances and their management and customer service sucks.. I placed a order for delivery not to long ago for a couple coworkers of mine and ordered some hot wings and when I opened the box it was half uncooked chicken with NO sauce on them whatsoever.. I called to have them replace it and they told me I would have to come pick them up or pay another delivery charge for their mess up! Then yesterday I’m on my lunch break and placed another order they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes I arrived 40 minutes later (expecting my order to be sitting there) and they told me they had my order messed up and only had 2 of the 3 items for me and I would have to wait another 7 minutes for them to cook it (that means 15 or 20 min) so I asked them if they could at least comp the last item since I would probably be late to work (on my lunch break) because of ANOTHER ONE of their mess ups.. long story short THEY REFUSED.. so I told them to just cancel my whole order.. I will never visit this location again and I will definitely be calling...
