Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

Ordered through the app, and the pizza was in "Quality check" status for over 30 minutes. Called the store, and customer service was very rude, and after an hour since we placed the order, would not tell us what the delay was, or what the status of our order was. After being placed on hold and asked numerous times for the same information, they finally told us the order was on its way. The location is probably a 10 minute drive. 30 minutes later, the order arrived. The pizza was the wrong size (Large instead of XL) and was cold. It had been sitting at the store for well over an hour before it was delivered. We called the store again, and were promised the correct pizza would be on its way in 30 minutes. Another hour later, still no replacement. Called again and were met with the rudest treatment I have ever received. The manager claimed the driver had told him they came out a second time, delivered the order and received a second tip (absolutely untrue, we never received our replacement order). The manager refused to remedy the situation and called us liars in the process. I absolutely cannot believe the unprofessionalism and utter disrespect everyone at this location displayed to us this evening.

I will never order from this store again. I'd rather go out of my way to the Domino's on J street, because they actually have friendly and competent workers there, and actually care about their customers and the company they work for, unlike the staff at W. El Camino. Shout out to my girl Hannah...

I've had few instances where I've had a good encounter with this specific Domino's. Rarely can they cut the pizza into slices that were uniform, most of the time half of my pizza has significantly larger slices than the other half. That's even if they slice through the part of the pizza at all, like the one I just received. Tonight, the delivery driver didn't even have a pen so I had to search my house and then resort to telling him that I had to search my car to find one when he said "well, let me check my car" to find one in seconds saying "I've got dozens of them all over my car". Are you serious?! I worked at a pizza place for over a year delivering pizza's and NEVER did I tell the person 'hey sign this, btw find your own pen'. First time ever that I didn't tip the driver, usually I tip at least $5 because I know how delivery goes. When I delivered I always brought crushed red pepper and parmesan.... AND a pen and got great tips. Another time, I ordered a pizza carry out (large one topping 7.99 I think, but I went 2 topping), confirmed my order as a LARGE to get to the store and it was a medium. I left a review on the delivery feedback on the app asking to what had happened for this online mistake, but never received any response. This Domino's needs to be checked and taught by their corporate office to get them...

Honestly, I’m quite disappointed in this Domino’s. First of all, they have a cashier at the front who speaks Spanish. She had to go to the back room to get someone to assist me in English. When I finally ordered my food, they said it would be about a 20 minute wait. A 20 minute wait turned into about a 30 to 35 minute wait and as I went in to check on my order, I saw the workers with no gloves on. Now, I know that’s common with pizza places nowadays, as I used to be an assistant manager for a pizza place. But when you’re steadily, touching your nose, ears, and eyes, while also touching pizza and utensils, that seems like a health code violation to me. It happened to a few of the pizzas and I did not like that so I asked for a refund and explain to her that her workers shouldn’t be doing that and they should wear gloves if they cannot be clean. She proceeded to say that she didn’t see it happen, so basically, it didn’t happen, and I told her that I just stood here watching it happen with my own two eyes, and that I would like a refund. In the end, I got my refund but with all said, make sure you watch how your food is being prepared, especially at a pizza place and if the worker is not trying to be kind Like this lady did today then definitely do not go to the Domino’s on W....
