I went there to get some food, just before I left home I transferred money into my account so I can pay for my meal. I order my food and when I get to the window and hand the guy my card he said it was declined. I was like ok, maybe the transfer didn't go through. So I used another card and the same thing, declined. I told the guy that something is wrong with his machine because I know for a fact there is money in both accounts. He then told me the car infront of me was doing the same thing. He asked I had cash i said no. He told he to pull infront so he can figure out what was going on. I waited for about 10-15 mins and he comes out and says there wi-fi is down and he on the phone with his boss/customer service whoever.. Im like ok, how long is it going to take? He said 30 mins I told him I can't wait that long and left. I went across the street and tried to order food and my card was declined. I checked my online bank statements and I had 3 pending charges for one card and 1 pending charge for another. I tried to call the number and no one answered. I was hoping the transaction would disappear all together and it didn't they all went through, taking out a total of $88.56 for something that I didn't even get. Read moreDO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I was given the run around for 2 weeks on my onboarding and start date. I had an interview with a sweet older lady, she asked what I would like my pay to be and I explain $17 because of my prior work experience and management experience, she said "okay that is fine". The other manager, Leticia, has been very rude through the whole process. I asked her what my pay is just to confirm and said said "starting $16.25" this is NOT what was discussed in the interview. She then proceeds to say "We don't Pay new employees 17$ you don't have any experience in jack in the box once you have the experience we can talk about a raise but until then I can't pay you 17$ if you can't work with the pay of 16.25$ just let me know thank you". My work ethic is worth more than $16.25, plus I would've been working graveyard shift. You do not start all your employees at the same pay rate especially if they have YEARS of work experience, management experience, and willing to work graveyard shift. But today I stopped by to use the 2 for 5 deal after just downloading the new mobile app. I was then told it could only be used on a mobile order so I said sure mo problem I'll place one right here. But, to my dismay their mobile system doesn't work. It just j Kept saying they weren't accepting mobile orders and it didn't matter if I chose pickup at the counter or at the drive through. I brought this to the Managers attention (Gloria) she said they dont know how to work the mobile orders. I wont be able to use to coupon. I was so upset I came in specifically to use it. I then preceded to have to argue with ( Gloria) and other employees not willing to give their names for 30 minutes. I asked for the District managers name which I also was not given. The employees were rude, unknowledgeable and unwilling to rectify the situation until everyone was frustrated and everyone time was wasted, ended in VERY poor guest service. As a manager it's your job to prevent these situations and be knowledgeable!!!!!!
