New York Pizza & Plus — Restaurant in Sacramento

I've ordered pizza from here several times for take out. Their wait time is usually pretty short, 15-20 mins. and the staff is always friendly. Normally I get traditional crust, but this time I ordered a thin crust, three item medium pizza and buffalo wings. Up until now the pizza has always been great, but this time it wasn't. The pizza crust was limp, not crisp at all. I called after getting it home to ask if thats how the thin crust was supposed to be and the girl I spoke with stated it may have sat on top of the oven for a while after it was done baking, making the crust limp or soft. She apologized, but didn't offer any resolution. I've also had their wings before and wasn't impressed, (too fatty) but I was craving some buffalo wings so I gave them another chance and they were the same.

I ordered pizza on their website for a kids birthday party and drinks and the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong place and told me to call the store. He ended up finding me after being on the phone for 10 minutes . Late pizza and cold and the liter of soda was missing and he said it was not with the order . I call at 6:00 and the girl who answered the phone I informed her what happened and her first word was BRUH I forgot and told me to call the delivery driver . I have been going to this place for weekly pizza for over 10 years. I enjoy supporting small businesses. Today I ordered delivery and when the pizza arrived it was the wrong pizza and burnt. When I called in to talk to them about it, the manager said it was just missing toppings. Wow!! Not very bright because a pizza is toppings. If you put pineapples on a pepperoni pizza it's a different pizza. My pizza was missing 5 toppings.
