McDonald's — Restaurant in Sacramento

I would not have given this McDonald's one star but you have to in order to give a review. A little over 2 weeks ago I purchased a 10-piece chicken McNugget combo meal from this McDonald's and when I bit into one of the nuggets and chewed on something hard, I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a "" BONE "" I have already been on the phone trying to get ahold of somebody through the corporate office I've called three times nobody has responded back , I have sent emails nobody has responded back. Today it's been 2 weeks 2 days now . And Nothing !!! I even went on the McDonald's app on Facebook through messenger and send them a message on there as well , I got absolutely nowhere.,, you think that they would care that one of their customers found a Bone in the Chicken McNugget which should not have been there in the First Place...!!! it's Very Upsetting , to know that No one feels the need to call me.. they said somebody would call me back that was 2 weeks ago , they said somebody from the the McDonald's that I went to was going to get in touch with me , they never did, just another lie they told me.. I think it's negligence on their part for not getting ahold of me and for the bone being in the Chicken McNugget . My Advice to anybody that's out there that's going to order those chicken McNuggets no matter what McDonald's you go to ,, I guess, please be careful while eating those and you should check them for a bone because you never know if you're going to get one in yours and AND I SERIOUSLY DOUBT there's No SIGNS up anywhere in those McDonald's franchises stating ""THAT THERE MIGHT BE be A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU MIGHT FIND A BONE IN ONE OF THEIR CHICKEN McNuggets. AND YOU MIGHT WANT TO BE CAREFUL WHILE...

This McDonald's should have a hostess at the door to seat you & bring you complimentary water because your going to need a seat & a beverage by the time you get done waiting to not only put in your order but FINALLY GETTING your order! This McDonald's is by far the ABSOLUTE & I mean hands down ABSOLUTE WORST fast food restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of stepping foot into. And it wasn't that I had just stopped in on an off day or even on a new hires training day. NO! This McDonald's service SUCKS no matter what day it is, who's working, or how many people are on shift that day. They are by no means a fast food restaurant. So if you plan to place an order at this McDonald's do yourself a great favor & bring some reading material or a deck of cards & friend to play several hands of rummy or your choice of any other somewhat time consuming game because your going to be there for a while. Oh yeah & don't expect any apologies for the long wait time a smile from anyone employed there or any customer service skills for that matter because you could be waiting a whole lot longer if you do! Oh one last thing they mess up orders left & right & the quality of the food products they sell is below standards at best. To sum it up I'd say skip it and go hungry...

The staff were very rude. There was no one at the cash register to take my order, for several minutes I stood there. While the other employees stood afar laughing and speaking in a language I could not understand. Once someone finally came out they were short and rude and demanded I order my food thru the touch screen machine, even tho I expressed not wanting to, I was left with no choice but too. Even tho two seconds later I would still have to go to the register to pay because I only had cash. After receiving my food and eating, I needed to use the bathroom, which at first they refused me saying I had to buy something first. It was the manager, and the funny part is she had been the one who had served me my order. Once I used the restroom I tried to refill my soda. Just to find that they had switched off the machine in the lobby so people couldn't use it. So I asked them to do it. I was refused my request due to the same person telling me once you go outside there are no more refills. "Go outside?" When the hell did I go outside? She had seen us sitting over at the tables for almost an hour at that point. We were the only ones in the restaurant.
