Super convenient little market/deli. Located next door to the Department of human assistance at 28th and r street/28th and q street. They have a cute deli with nacho fries đ, curry dishesđ, burgers đ, slurpees, salads, French toast dippers and all kinds of other comfort foods. The front half of the shop is set up as a convenience store (think 711 or quick stop.) In this section you can expect all the basics: snacks, cold drinks, coffee â, small personal necessities, cigarettes, lottery tickets and scratchers and all that. The service here I would say is above par. They greet you when you come in and are very helpful and personable. I always enjoy coming here. It's a pleasant break from the hustle and bustle of the dha office and characters that freckle the parking lot. Overall I have always gotten great service and the food has always been excellent....
Read moreWow. This place is so poorly marked. DO NOT PARK HERE. I parked in the first spot and didnât see the small sign when I drove in that said âCustomer parking onlyâ. I walked down to a bakery to pick up an order ( 20 mins) and my car was gone when I got back. So FAST! The signs are on the trees at the other end of the parking lot. The fact that the lot was empty really makes me mad. I wouldnât have parked there if I had seen the signs. I looked at previous pics of the lot and saw that there used to be signs in front of the spots where I parked. Want to thank the worker who called immediately after I parked. Merry Christmas to me. ...

They were skimpy on the toppings, the mayonnaise is kept at room temp besides the fact that they are overpriced and basically just prey on ebt recipients and disadvantaged people. The place was full of dirty/unclean people touching everything in the store and putting it back on the shelf as well as just straight up shoplifting on top of people demanding your change right outside the front door on your way in as well as out. I don't like chain restaurants but even blimpie is better than...
