Panda Express — Restaurant in Sacramento

For something quick, it's okay. The wife and I had two combo plates, the wife wanted to order another to take home and eat later this evening since we ate early in the day. She ordered half rice and chow mein and two sides but they were out of the sides, they were in the process of cooking. They put the rice and chow mein in a togo container and the container sat on the counter for over ten minutes while they were preparing the two sides. Once the sides were done they called her up to the food line and asked her again what sides did she order, she refreshed their memory but she informed them that the rice and chow mein had been sitting on the counter for over ten minutes and that they were probably both cold by now. She asked them to replace the rice and chow mein with hot and they refused. She asked for a refund and at first they refused until I intervened. I then gave my wife hell for paying for the food that she had not gotten because they were cooking it, pay for your food when the tray or container is at the register. Of course we got the dirty looks and stares from the employees behind the counter, like what is our problem. They forget that people like us patronize their business, if it wasn't for us they would have no business. I was taught that the customer is always right, and without the customers...

This store is the worst Panda store, as far as customer service. They agreed they messed up with my order and giving me a hassle over it too. Not only can they not count. I ordered two orders of large Cream Cheese Wontons, they gave me 2 pieces in 2 bags instead. I asked for utensils, soy sauce,sweet and sour sauce nada. The freaking won tons are burnt crisp. They wanted to comp me with Free Food. I said no, because this is the second time this store has messed up on my order and that too when I went through drive through The lady got upset because I asked for a refund and gave me attitude when I asked when her supervisor would be in. How is there not a night shift supervisor to close the store? They want me to bring the food back to them to get a refund. The purpose of working late night 12 to 14 hour shifts and paying extra for Doordash is not to be hassled. DO NOT EAT HERE!! They will mess up your order and not be okay to refund you...

The last time before this time that I went to this Panda they messed up my order and I drove all the way home before realizing it so I had to drive all the way back to the store to get it corrected. They had charged me for something I ordered, but didn't put it in the bag. This latest time they charged me for something I never ordered and they didn't even put it in the bag. I didn't even go back this time to have my money refunded, I just didn't feel it was worth the aggravation. The food is always good, but they can't seem to get their act completely together, at least not when it comes to my orders. Time to find a...
