Sleep Number — Hotel in Sacramento

I've been happy with my bed until just recently. One side has apparently formed a leak. I called customer service and it was so stupid. Even though my bed is under warranty they want me to crawl under it to diagnose it. Problem is Both my wife and myself are disabled. Her reply was go find someone to do it and call back with the outcome. SLEEP NUMBER, tell me why 2 disabled customers are having to go find someone to diagnose a bed under warranty. I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for after going through the Sleep Number website. I came in to actually try out the beds, see what the different features were, etc. I appreciate George listening to what I was looking for and showing me things that made sense for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured.
