However, I do have to admit that the regular prices can be a bit… outrageous. While the quality is undeniably there, many items still feel like a splurge even with the "Rack" discount. My absolute best advice? Go when there's a sale! That's when you can truly find some incredible steals and make your budget stretch further. The store itself is generally well-maintained, though I do agree that everything can feel a bit "locked up" at times – likely a necessary measure given the value of some of the merchandise. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience is positive. It’s a four-star experience for me, primarily for the sheer joy of discovering those fantastic pieces and the convenience of having a Nordstrom Rack right here in our community. This is a new Nordstrom Rack just opened before the holiday season in 2023. The decoration is beautiful in the store.

The store has a good selection of clothing, shoes, and household items at discounted prices. They might not have as many clearance items as the older stores. But everything looks new in there.

Just a few days ago I wrote 3 stars review because staff in dressing room stopped me every time and made me count pieces I was going to try, and I felt like I was at Ross. Today I shopped at the Rack, and it was wonderful!! Staff in dressing room was amazing, nobody made me count pieces, they were smiling and very friendly. Cashiers just kept their usual 10 stars perfect customer service. Whoever fixed the issue that fast, you are amazing and thank you so much. Fingers crossed it...
