The food is fine - just don't order online. If any part of your order is unavailable, they will do everything they can to not refund it.
I placed an order online for delivery on Monday. One of the items I ordered was a Caesar salad. The store called me to say they didn't have it and asked if I wanted something else. I had to say no several times. But when delivery came, they sent a different salad anyway. I immediately called the store to remind them that they called me to confirm about the salad! I wanted a refund for it. The employee on the phone said he didn't know how to refund it and needed to call his manager (she wasn't in that day). She had him take my name and number and said she'd call the next day. It was also mentioned that I could come into the store for a refund and to bring back the salad they sent. That's not an option for me because (1) I ordered delivery for a reason, (2) I'm disabled and don't drive, so therefore have no car, and (3) I'm not about to spend money to get there when they messed up. I went on their website to the chat to submit a complaint to corporate, but it appears the complaint just went back to the store.
So someone called on Tuesday. She gave a name but no title, so I don't know for sure if it was the manager. She mentioned the complaint but not the prior call. And the solutions offered were still bad. She said it couldn't be refunded because it was the day after, so I could only get store credit or come in for a Caesar salad once it's back in stock. I asked if she was serious, and she said no and would look into it further. But she never called back. I don't understand how they can have online orders, delivered through DoorDash, but no option to refund or no training on how to refund if it's time-sensitive.
So here I am on Wednesday - no refund...

Read moreI ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. i picked up 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. I called and asked for a refund, the employee was nice but insistent that I just come back and get the pepperoni. I did it because I didn't want to argue. Mistakes happen but why do I have to deal with coming back when it wasn't my fault? Didnt even get to keep the cheese pizza they gave me, just goes straight into the trash....
