Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in Saddle Brook

DONT GET ME WRONG, FOOD taste GOOD. IT JUST WOULD NOT PASS HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Ordered here every time when i am in Saddlebrook. Today, ordered again i had been told 30 mins, which is ok. I called them back after 1 hour because i still did not get my food. The boss told me the guy is there, but i told him I dont want the food anymore because it took too long. after 5 mins, delivery guy was here. He wanted me to call his boss, and i did. DO you guys know what the boss said? here: "Traffic what'd you gonna do? DONT CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN. I DONT TAKE YOUR ORDER" And i wanna tell you, if i want you in trouble. You will be closed because you cant do this to customers. If you did something wrong, say sorry. I would still take the order. I did not call health department because your food tasted good but re-heating food temp. has to be 165 degree and higher. Do you have any idea what is call dangerous zone? In the dangerous zone, chicken will give disease to human. Keep in mind BOSS this will kill your business. You should be happy i am not the inspector in Saddle Brook. And yes, i will not go or call your place again, and I will not recommend this...

Been ordering here for a few years. The fries are the best ever. The zeppolis are my favorite. Burgers are good too as well as wraps. The pizza? TRASH. I have ordered pizza from them more times than i wanted because i kept thinking it will get better but its the worst pizza in this area. No taste. Cheese tastes cheap. Undercooked ALWAYS. Slices are floppy. Try Donna’s or Neils pizza - MUCH BETTER.

Yes, it used to be Franks pizza by Walmart. Donnas is literally down the road on Market and let me correct you - i DID indeed comment positively on several of your non pizza food. Of course, as a business , you’re going to back all negative up but everyone has an opinion and as a business owner, take it as a chance to better your food. There plenty of pizza competitors around and not everyone will agree with your thoughts but this is just my experience. I can’t say I’ve ever gotten a good pizza from you guys. Paid 15 bucks for a sandwich today. The way they work is shady. We used to order a lot from that place but now they’re just a rip off. Orders are always screwed up, they even showed up with someone else’s order on occasion. Best part is, if you want to pay for orders separately (and its getting delivered to the same address) they will charge you $1.50 for each order which is their delivery fee so keep that in mind. I mean if the food is going to the same place it should be one delivery charge not multiple like they do. I called them out on it and the owner gave me the run around that it was a mistake, but its happened multiple times. If you want a GOOD sandwich check out ANNAMARIAS’S in East Rutherford, their sandwiches are cheaper yet filled with better quality ingredients and you can tell that in the weight of the sandwich from that place.
