Horrible owner. Rude. 2nd bad experience there. 1st time delivery was cold & soggy salad. When I called, he said it’s delivery what do you expect. Then today my son bought 2 slices when they were closing but 2 people were inside still eating and he gave him a box. When we checked it was 2 cold slices. Then I went back in and the owner lied saying I told your son it was gonna be cold and that’s bogus. How are u going to do that to you customers. You care more about the money than the quality of food that says alot. For a business owner to be so rude and deceitful to a customer is mind blowing. I hope he goes out of business. Ungrateful. I ordered from here a week ago and had some pretty good wings,but tell me why i attempt to get wings from them again i ask the person behind the phone for 18 buffalo wings and he told me what flavor would i like them,i told him hot/buffalo(i had so much sauce in the wings last time it was the only reason i attempted to order from this place again right.get this the wings i received have a dot of hot sauce on all of them not even,so i call the place back just for the person who made the wings to answer and tell me he mixed the hot sauce with the wings by the photo im about to provide you with shows there was clearly no sauce.then the person who made my wings just ignores everything im saying and was just saying ok,ok,ok thank you then ended the call on me.Very bad customer...

I’ve eaten here on several occasion to give them a chance but unfortunately at this point I’m extremely disappointed with this establishment. Upon arriving into this establish I was not greeted. It was lunch time and They were not crowded so I’m not understanding why. My husband also was not greeted. After a while he placed his order which was only cheesesteak tater tots. We waited over 30 minutes when initially he said a quick 15 minutes (ok fine). The customer service is not up to par at all. And once we received the food. The order was completely wrong!! Not only that but several of us were waiting 30+ minutes for food that we called in prior to arriving… INCLUDING THE DOORDASH GUY…. If he didn’t have to go back to work I definitely would’ve asked...
