Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Saddle Brook

Purchased 4.pies and 24.wings For the wings we received 1indivisual serving of 1oz cup for 24.wings and 4 laege pies!!

We called and asked for the reason why one serving for 24 wings she talked over me trying to convince me thats what i get same asif i purchased 6.or 12 or 18 or 24 pieces. The sad part she did not come up for air and let me explain my issues NOR did she offer to fix the problem

I guess she does not care. i was told by my guests they also had issues with the same store and never offer to fix it and used the same tactic just talk over the customer and they will shut up or will hang up.

Well needless to say they just added another customer to the no call list and thank God there is a great pizza fron Domino's on Market St in Elmwood park with great pizza and...

Papa Johns Saddle Brook delivered to me 2 Two toppings Pizzas. There was hardley any Toppings on either pie..one slice had nothing on it even. I called the Mgr. he said sorry thats how all Pappa Johns are..not so most are VG. I was offered nothing not even hey next order toppings on me or a free soda next order...This Papa J doesn't care about trying to keep you happy.. they lost me as a customer..This owner is not putting normal amounts of toppings on, saving money ruins the quality..what a waste of $$ . go to another Pizza place...

Pizza is always great and fast ! I ordered from them on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the service is not up to par. I went to pick up and no one was is there, I waited a while before an employee came from the back and finally acknowledged me. I ordered a pie on thier specials menu. Advertised at $15. I was charged $19.19 I questioned why?? He told me that is what it is. He told me I had to show him the ad. It's on his own website. He was nasty and I will never order from...
