Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Safety Harbor

If you want a large custom ice cream cake do not go to this location. I placed the order online 2 days in advanced I go to pick it up right at the time it’s supposed to be ready, first they tell me they don’t know where it is and if it’s under another name and then I tell them no. They end up finding it because they are still working on it. Ok great so not ready on time, while I’m waiting I ask if I can get a cake cutter with it, they tell me I have to pay $2.50 for a plastic one! You spend $90 on a cake and can’t even get a cake cutter with it for free you have to pay for that too. I’m sticking with publix they give them out no questions asked. Then cake is finally ready she brings it out for me to look at it I say that’s fine she goes ok here you go and the lid is taped open to where the whole cake is exposed so I had to ask her to shut the lid. I have ordered with them 1 time before this and the cake was fine and everything was fine. But this last time I don’t know what happened but it left me not wanting to order anything else from...

I live in the area and am a loyal Cold Stone customer. I would highly suggest going to get ice cream ANYWHERE BESIDES THIS LOCATION. I go in and buy three 48 oz take home containers each week and the last three times my family has come to this location we have had the worst experience with the staff. We are shorted on toppings one visit with only getting one scoop in the 48 oz take homes (when you get six toppings in these normally), another time put the wrong toppings in and wouldn’t fix it, and tonight we were ordering and the three girls working continued helping the customers behind us when we had more to order. Never asking if we were done. We ended up buying only the two 48 oz containers and skipped on the third. We will be looking for a new location to get our ice cream at. The staff is a constant disappointment for the amount of money we spend each visit. Poor...

We were in town for a road race. Safety Harbor is a cute town on the Gulf and home to the historic Safety Harbor Hotel and Spa.

Its Main Street shopping area is filled with restaurants and shops including Cold Stone Creamery at 100 Main St.

After walking from our Airbnb to downtown and finding the start line, we stopped in for a treat.
