Lobby & drive thru open. We were there parking outside to eat in at about 7:50 PM, & use the restroom but I had to go back & get my cell phone from car. Asked the children to stand safely by where I could see them by front (window / door / visible inside & out) entrance. As soon as I came back within seconds with my phone, the proprietor had already just locked the door one granddaughter exclaimed, basically in their little faces ! I was amazed because my family was right there. How rude I thought but knocked on the glass door to no avail. Simultaneously getting my phone to call them. Only a few customers looked over & mouthed they had closed. Finally a couple of those customers came out. One guy rudely made some comment to me with a scowl on his face, smh. In meantime folks were driving, walking up asking me for info - while I was on phone unsuccessfully calling inside this establishment ! The cashier spoke reluctantly & no empathy at all to me that they were short handed with only 2 employees (incl her ?) I saw 3 total incl her. Not to mention your scheduled sign did not have any explanation of closing "earlier" due to any understaffing issues, planned or not ! I intend to contact your Corporate office on this matter asap. We were served & even at her grace were offered to sit in the lobby, but we got it all to go. One of my granddaughters did not get her milk in her happy meal, noticed when we got back We did get to use the restroom, which was another reason we stopped to go inside. They need to not lock doors with people, especially children standing within their sight ! Rude, tacky & behaviour unbecoming of a public serving restaurant that decided to close their lobby area/ inside ordering more than 2 Hours before their POSTED closing...
   Read moreIf I could leave negative stars I would. This place was so horrible I decided not to do business with them. The whole experience started out just horrible. We walked in to get breakfast and the lady behind the counter was coughing into her hands. Leave the register and gets a drink and returns without washing her hands at all. There was another younger girl that came to the register to assist us. You could tell that she was having a bad day. It makes sense now as to why. She was having problems with her register and asked her manager for assistance. The manager talked to her in a way that was very unprofessional and honestly degrading. As a business owner there's a way you should speak with your employees. Never in a way that causes them anxiety or embarrassing them. The girl was almost in tears. I asked her if that was her Manager and she said yes. So I asked her if I could speak with her. I told the manager that the way she is speaking to an employee is inappropriate. I also told her that she behavior was unprofessional and very unpleasant. Her response was that she didn't care because she was leaving in a week anyways. And her attitude reflects that. If you hate your job that much find a different line of work where you do not have to deal with people or be in a position that you're supposed to be leading others. The customer before me was also having issues there as well. After looking at the reviews from other people. This location needs a complete make over starting with Management. I will be contacting the Corporate office to make them aware of the poor management at this location. I will never do...
   Read moreSo my boyfriend and I were at McDonaldâs On enterprise and in the drive through we left home around 10 so We probably got there at 10:05. Waiting until 10:25 to place our order. My boyfriend was frustrated cause we were in the spot to place a order for ten minutes. Everybody in line waited 10+ minutes to place their order. The lady in front of us waited 10 minutes to be told there werenât any McFlurrys left. My boyfriend was tired of waiting and asked if anybody was there and the guy eventually said âI apologize there is only 3 people workingâ and my boyfriend calmed a little but weâre both still annoyed. Maybe 4 minutes later the guy took our order and still waited forever. When we got to the window we saw 2 employees and 2 âcustomersâ on the lobby side in plain sight smoking vape pens and who knows what was inside them. There was a older women multi tasking and it seems like the younger was was friends with the ones vaping. And then we came home and it looks like the chicken nuggets were thrown on the floor on purpose and they are very darkâ!! My boyfriend is trying to get ahold of costumer service But we were in line for over 20 minutes along with everybody else.
