Ok! I donāt event know where to start. So I came in, and had set down my bag feeling absolutely defeated because I thought I had lost over 2T of data on my external hardrive. And then Patrick (computer specialist ) looked into my eyes and could just feel more a moment of how I was feeling. He emphasized, made me feel heard, and immediately was like, itās going to be ok. Letās do everything we can, and man oh man. Iām telling you, my day went from me feeling the Mile long stare to wanting to do a heal click by the time I left! He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind, funny, and just human. Iāve never had an experience like this walking into somewhere before. Like ever, this was a true genuine experience. Not only was he able to help me recover my (External Hardrive) turns out the app needed to be stored on my computer..ect. But he informed me and guided me through my laptop on showing me where my GPU, graphics, and cashe was. How it all ran and the storage space left on it. Julio was also helpful! Informative and kind! A nice woman took my information along with a brief description of the issues I was having. She said I would get a call later that day with their diagnoses.
I called the store back the next day at noon as was told that mine was next in line to be evaluated. I called back 4 hours later and they told me I had a malware issues so I agreed to the $40 to clean up the computer.
I picked up the computer later that day. I took the computer home and my son and I set it back up but it would not boot up. The unit had power but nothing else was happening.
I ended up taking the computer to Geekmatics in Palm Harbor (where I take all of my Macs) and they fixed the issued in about 20 minutes.
I was less than satisfied with the customer service and even unhappier with the quality...

Since I own a older Mac and like all aging things even "Me," I know it was a matter of time before something would go wrong and it did so it was not unexpected. So I searched google, and there was "Experimac"! They specialized in Mac products and they were close by! I called and one of there service personnel answered the phone with a welcoming voice and I explained the problem and he asked could I bring my device in and I did. "Surprisingly there was no line!" Which definitely was a plus!!! I left it, they contacted me the same day with a diagnosis informing me that I needed a new internal hard drive and asked if I wanted them to repair it, "Which was a, Yes"!
