2/3/25..Update: Ervin ..Even after 7 Months Ervin cared enough about making things right and set me up with a Free Sub for my Next Order to let me know he never forgot about my situation. Now that is 5 STAR SERVICE !!!!!!!
So I called in to Order 2 Hot Pastrami Sandwich's and I see Online it says $9.99.. Had them picked up and then I get the receipt and see it says I was Charged $10.99 WT ? .. I call and tell the guy who answers the phone and told him I should of been told when I called and put the order in.. he said it says "Prices are Subject to Change" ??? ..he states it says it online and on their Menu but I told him I ordered Online and I DON'T SEE THAT ANYWHERE ONLINE AND Since I didn't Order Online, & Actually Spoke with Someone they should of Informed me .. SO I'LL THINK ABOUT WHERE I EAT.. FOOD IS GOOD BUT DON'T LIKE BEING TOOK FOR MORE MONEY AND THEY ACT LIKE NO BIG DEAL... THAT MY FRIENDS AT SAFETY HARBOR MOBIL JUST COST YOU AS SEVERAL OF US AT WORK ORDER THERE ALL THE TIME.... OR DID **UPDATE, 20 min's later: HA HA , Someone called From the Deli and said I was right and it doesn't Say anything online about Prices Subject to Change, and told a Co-Worker if I come in they'll give me my $2.00 which it'd cost me more to drive back or they'll give it to me next time I order.. like someone is going to remember but at least they were honest enough to admit their Mistake but the Gentleman that answered my call could of acted like he cared at the time I called, not after him going online and then realizing he made a Mistake. Sandwich was good but this just left a Bad Taste in my Mouth.. He could bring me my $2 and use his Gas Should Know what's on...

The only knock is that whoever is preparing the to-go-orders for delivery is not quality checking that the right item or all items are being sent. Too many times I've submitted claims for wrong or missing items when the product (even the wrong item) has been exceptional. I've stopped bulk ordering with others as a result. Please note: If I eat it, I won't request a refund; however, we know how some others will take advantage of situations. I will continue to support in hopes that the quality stays the same. As you can see my sandwich bread is burnt and crispy. I was also told by a female that took my order that yāall only serve whole sandwiches when I was pretty sure the last two times I ordered a halfā¦.so now Iām forced to eat a whole burnt Philly Cheese⦠just thought someone should know what happened on this experience. I wonāt let this be my last time because the first two times the sandwiches were great. Iāll just ask who is on the grill next time to get a better sandwich for lunch or is it just Sundays that the two certain guys...
