HORRIBLE SERVICE. LAZY STAFF. I sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes behind 3 vehicles who were also waiting to order. After no one moving for the 10 minutes, I saw a boy walk out from inside the store with a pop so I decided to go in and order. Upon walking in.... There were 3 girls (employees) leaning on the counter talking. 1 was on the lobby side of the counter. They looked at me and then just continued their conversation. Another girl in a red shirt (I assume management) came from around the corner and piped in on their conversation while playing with her nails. She saw me standing there as well and said nothing, then turned around and continued talking about something else to someone else standing behind the corner in the kitchen. NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING FOOD RELATED. After 3 minutes of standing inside...I left. Go figure....the cars in the drive thru line STILL hadn't moved.
Whoever the store manager is here needs a hard lesson on what work ethic is. From just observing these girls for 3 minutes, I can tell you that not a one should have been hired for any type of customer service position, including the shift manager. Inevitably they all will be in the fast food industry the rest of their life because NO other place of employment would put up with that!

Read moreThis is the only Wendy’s in town I’ll go to, now to be fair I really only come here around breakfast so I’m not sure how their lunch staff is. However, I go out of my way to go to this one specifically because there is an older man that works here in the AM during the week, I’m not sure if he’s a manager or what, but he is genuinely the nicest guy. His customer service skills are amazing, it seems like he’s running the place himself. He’s cooking the food, taking the orders and still providing great service to us. He has never not been nice even when he seems slightly overwhelmed. The food comes out hot and fresh every time, the wedges are always crispy and hot and the bacon on my sandwich isn’t crispy and over cooked like you’d get at other fast food places, or even other Wendy’s locations lol. It could be argued that it’s just his job, but how many fast food workers are ACTUALLY kind and efficient? How many actually put effort into their customer service skills? Exactly. I wish I had his name to give, but I’m sure you know who I’m speaking of. This guy...
Read moreWendy's on Bay Road. The worst service we have ever recieved at a restaurant. Slow and inaccurate. First we are only the second people in line and wait forever to order. Then we get our cups to get our drink . Out of ice and the water, even after running it for a few seconds, comes out with a brown orange tint. Manager seems to not care. No one is wearing hair nets or gloves... people who ordered behind us gets their food before us. They forgot to make our burgers. Sit down to eat and then find out both our burgers were not plain as we ordered them clearly marked on the receip . Then when we get our burgers plain, again, didnt get the correct patty for the spicy chicken, just the regular chicken. Place is not clean and the service was absolutely horrible. I never write reviews, good or bad for places, but this was so horrible, I felt it neccesary for others to know how bad this place is. Never...
