The parking is limited The service is mediocre, only one person knows about customer service, the others are there because they have to(?) idk🤔 They have gloves to protect themselves, since they grab the silverware right after they handle money 😐 There is only one line, and some people are indecisive and they take forever to pick a flavor or for what I noticed they just want to try everything for free, while the rest of the customers are waiting 🙄, therefore they should have 2 lines: for the ones that don't have the whole day to wait and know what they want, and another for the ones that don't know and don't care. Also, because the staff gets overwhelmed, they can't get the order right and they trust that people are not going to complain to get what they paid for. One of the worst Maydays I have been, really. Even their seating area is uncomfortable and narrow. There are people with families and animals, why can't you just remove a table or put tables outside or both? It's impossible to relax with the amount of people (and animals) coming out going so close to you. I thought that was the point to go get ice cream at an ice cream parlor 🧐: To take a break from the daily hassle 😞 You definitely did not help...

I had such a great experience at this ice cream shop! It was clean, air conditioned and had plenty of chairs. The homemade waffle cones were incredibly flavorful, crisp, fresh, and a perfect match for the rich ice cream. I went with the espresso flavor that had tiny chocolate chips mixed in, and it tasted absolutely gourmet. In the heat of St. Augustine, this scoop was the perfect way to cool off. I really appreciated the generous portion let’s say it was hearty without being too much, and just what I needed.
Shout out to Sonia who helped me out with a smile she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She offered samples of different options of ice cream I was deciding on and some great suggestions, including an affogato style ice cream, which sounded amazing. I was tempted to get it, maybe next time. I ended up sticking with the traditional scoop in a waffle cone, and I’m glad I did, it was definitely worth it!

Read moreMeh! We usually go to coneheads when we visit the area but tried this out and we were all a little disappointed for a few reasons. The flavors were all unique and just a little off. The ratio of "goodies" to ice cream was off. There was not enough ice cream and too much of the other stuff in a scoop. Which brings me to the next complaint, my kids all got single scoops which is the norm but the scoops were so small! It seemed like only a scant 1/4 cup on to of some of their cones. Highlights was their only "standard" flavor, vanilla. I wish I would have got this flavor after trying my son's! It was an excellent vanilla ice cream and I'm pretty much a never sprinkles person, but my son got sprinkles that they said were homemade and I have to say, if nothing they have nailed it when it comes to ice cream sprinkles. All in all I say, try it for yourself, it was still...
