Ocean Breeze — Local services in Saint Augustine

It looks really pretty and a step above the usual tacky souvenir shop, but the customer “service” I had today was nonexistent. We walked into an empty store at 1:30; a few minutes later a woman came out from the back without greeting us or even acknowledging us. She was too busy tagging items. Two more people came in-same treatment. My husband had to go to her register to ask for help and she just pointed him toward the size he needed without stopping her more important tagging. I really hate when employees treat customers...

This place is super nice, organized, and has very reasonable prices! We visited other surf shops before coming here and their prices were outrageous! This place on the other hand is pretty cheap! I got a t-shirt for only $11.99! They had TONS of souvenirs! Their beach towels were only $12.99 which was great too! The owner/employee was also super kind and sweet as well! They really had some adorable stuff! I totally recommend if you’re looking for a cheap and organized souvenir shop!...

I visited St. Augustine August 6-9 and stopped by the store to purchase some flip flops. Lo and behold, I found the flip flops and so much more. The customer service was so great that I stopped by a second time to do an exchange. That time, my friend and I met Shepherd, who made the exchange super easy without hassles.
