Burger King — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

When I was a child; also, a young adult, Burger King was the fast food place to go after The Red Barn began to fade into Oblivion! Now I am 60 years old, but the people of this era can't get the orders right, don't and Mustard or Onion Ring Sauce or napkins UNLESS you specifically ask for it!!! Just put it in the bag, whether we ask or not like the generations before. I ordered 6 Whoppers, 6 Cheeseburgers, 2 large Onion Rings and 1 large fries, only to make a second trip, wait in line because I wasn't given the Cheeseburgers after being told to have a wonderful day from the guy at the window on the 17th of September 2021, yesterday! Why would people ask for higher wages when the service is horrible?!!? This isn't the first time my order has been messed up! And this isn't the only fast food chain that does it! As a patron during this era, you just can't trust anyone to do their job correctly anymore! I understand mistakes are made, but this is too much! My fiancee stopped at Tim Hortons yesterday, asked for a Boston Creme Doughnut to be placed in wax paper so the Icing doesn't get stuck to the inside of the bag and the woman put the doughnut in the bag and gave her 8 sheets of wax paper without the doughnut being wrapped up in it. Save yourself time and just don't go here. My visit really is unblieveable. When I got to the speaker to order my food, the girl just kept saying "uh-huh", "anything else", "is that it?". I was thinking wow how rude can she possibly be. Then I got to the window there was a woman washing dishes and hollared "ill be there in a minute, hold on" then she proceeded to finish her sink full of dishes then came over to ring me up. Well then to accommodate my very tired toddler who was admin about her chicken nuggets, I said "I'm sorry can I please add chicken nuggets". The lady said yes but she didnt know how to add that and so she had to call someone over to help her and i said "oh no its ok dont worry about the nuggets" . Then she looked at me and so rudely said "just hold on for a minute give me a second so I can figure this out" and refused to give me my card and let me go to the next widow to get the hell out of there. Finally i got my food and when i go to hand my toddler the chicken nuggets, they didnt even put them in the bag, along with the zesty sauce i azked for THREE times. Just terrible service. Last time I went the service was good. I can not believe they want $15 per hour. Customer service is key. I get there around midnight. First the lady already had an attitude. I'm not sure what her name was as she didn't give a receipt. She was chubby, bald-headed, short, African-American and had a gap in her top teeth. We told her two large whopper meals (cut in half) and a Hershey pie. She sighs loud as Hell over the drive thru intercom despite me having good manners. Then when I get home old fries and two uncut whoppers. Not that hard but I guess I'm expecting a lot from such busy individuals...who weren't doing a damn thing when I got there. I know because I could clearly see them from the checkers drive thru as I had changed my mind last minute. It is just baffling how bad people are at the simplest things. If you don't like your job get something different. Being bitter, unprofessional and lazy aren't the way. Whoever this lady is she needs training asap.
