Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

This location seems to be run very poorly. I came in today for my pizza, which should have been already made by this time. There was a line of about 7 people waiting for their pizza against the wall. No one was at the register and no one acknowledged me when I came in. Everyone in the store was busily making pizzas and ignoring the customers. I was highly confused, and waited for a moment, then asked the other customers wth is going on? Are they ringing you up? Are you in line to order, or waiting for your food? They were waiting for their food. They seemed to think I came in at a bad time. I asked a guy working there if my pizza was ready and he said he didn't say anything about my pizza, but that Karen's was ready. I lost my temper and said "You suck" to all the workers. Then, "I'm out of here, this is the worst dominos I've ever been to!" For losing my temper and saying that to the workers who probably didn't really deserve it, I apologize. However, the management needs to be updated. I've never seen such bad service at a pizza place before in my life. It was awful. I hope they improve in the future, but I'll never be a customer here again. I'm sorry if what I said hurt anyone's feelings. It's not their fault. It was probably just the manager's. About 4-5 months ago I ordered from Domino's for the first time in many years. I had started trying other places, and was enjoying them. Well, I gave Domino's at this location at shot, and I have been blown away with the great experience! They have become my new favorite, hands down. First, the pizzas are GREAT! The sauce is perfect (and they have sauce choices!) The preparation, the customer service, the ordering app, the use of coupon availability, a rewards program for free pizza, it goes on and on! Oh, and the prices are competitive, too! We have numerous choices for pizza close by to us, and quality choices at that... but I feel like a rediscovered an old friend with Domino's. 4.8 stars to be exact, the pizza is actually one of my favorites, including non fast food restaurants. Is always cooked well, and tastes the same every time, which if you eat much pizza you know is a must, cant be good once, and never again. So much flavor is packed into every slice its hard to establish which ingredient tastes like which, its perfect. my .2 star detraction is for that hint of spice in the sauce, and that is a personal preference, I hate spicy foods, but even for me, its only noticeable if the sauce is extra thick, when you mix that spicy flavor with the crust though it balances out, so its not even a full star taken away. I am trying my first time with the "hearty marinara" tonight, and will know if Dominoes is the king of the jungle, or...
