Awful pizza and sides here. We ordered delivery for 2 Large pizzas, broccoli, and mozzarella sticks.
The pizza took 1 hour and 5 mins to even start getting delivered to our house. By the time the pizza got here everything was completely cold. All of The cheese slid off of the pizza after one bite, there was less that 1/4 of broccoli in our side dish, the middle of the mozzarella sticks were frozen and we had to finish cooking them in our air fryer and they didn’t even add the toppings we had asked for.
When I called to complain about the issue they did not answer the phone the first 3 times I called so we ate the pizza before it got even colder after not being delivered for a hour.
The person that answered the phone seemed absolutely clueless of how to help customers. I was put on hold multiple times and he told us if we wanted any issues fixed we had to bring the pizza back so they can fix it. I said absolutely not because I already payed for delivery and I’ve already waited over a hour just for my order.
When I asked to speak to a manager the worker told me “he doesn’t want to go on the phone because he doesn’t want any issues” what??? So your manager doesn’t want to help a customers issues because he doesn’t want problems? What an absolute joke. When I asked for the managers name he took almost a minute to respond and then said “Miguel” I highly doubt this is the managers real name which is why I dated the time of my issue.
After saying again I will not drive there to bring the pizza he said they will send a delivery person to pick it up. And then he asked if we have eaten it to which I replied yes a few slices have been eaten because we already waited long enough. All I wanted was compensation for the pie they screwed up and the 6 pieces of broccoli that they call a side. He then told me “we can’t help you if you ate it” when we did not eat it all. How else are we gonna be able to tell if there’s issues if we don’t try the food?
highly recommend no one eats here unless you want a terrible experience with...
Read moreBeen a customer for years. Seen how the customer service and their food quality have gone down the hill. Stopped today to grab 2 calzones as i pick up my 2 boxes, on the way to the car i feel the boxes feels empty. When i open the boxes i had a calzone smaller than a slice of pizza. I turned around and told the lady on the register. She wanted me to believe thats the normal size, even when i buy from them for years. I explained my concern and her reply was that the size of the calzone depends of who’s making it. I just paid 26 dollars plus TIP, because i tip them before the confusion, as usual, but i am not giving money away just like that. As a business owner i know what it takes to have repeat customers and keep them happy, and as a consumer i expect nothing but the same loyalty and respect in return. I have a NY Pizza place .03 miles away from my house and i still was driving 4 miles to Anthony’s pizza, but i will NOT tolerate that someone else, that have lost respect for peoples hard earned money, dictate how i will spend mines. I asked for my money back and i had a great calzone from their competitors. I gave them a chance and I...
Read moreSo I love Anthony’s Pizza simply because they have the best pepperoni calzone in this tiny town, however when it comes to service at a small business like this I am somehow always disappointed. I never like to eat inside due to it being a bit dingy so I always place my order over the phone. Each time I am given an estimated wait time it’s always stretched to another 10-20 minutes later. This is so annoying coming from my home hoping to have a swift pay and pick up, but I’m always greeted with “Just another 10 minutes” or “He just started making it” I don’t mind having to wait 30 minutes for a calzone to be made, but I do mind being told to be here at a certain time all for it to be a complete waste of my time. This business doesn’t care if your time is wasted or not! They will have you sitting inside waiting for your online order for an additional time than what was expected. Honestly the most annoying thing a customer...
