Im having a hard time with the trailer in Santa Clara/ Ivan's. I live in Santa Clara and work in Washington, HIGHLY recommended and enjoy your natural flavors. Ive stopped by asked, leaving many times empty handed, suggesting to add natural flavors for its mobile, i am appreciative that it now has at least 1 natural flavor. Ive gone so often between both locations that i have now decided to download the app, and Understand how frustrating it is to find the mobile location doesn't do the app??? We have had great experiences here. The line can be long sometimes, inside and through the drive thru, but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait. Inside they have tables and booths, and lots of big windows to see outside. They also have a fun patio area with tables. Inside they have a shelf with family friendly board games to play while you wait and enjoy your treats. Their snowcones are perfect, PERFECT. No big chunks of ice. And their list of flavors and toppings is extensive. So many flavors it can be hard to pick. Me and my son's favorite though is the Pink Lemonade and we usually order that every time we go. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful and endlessly patient when my son has changed his mind, twice, as we were ordering. It is fun that the area where the snowcones are prepared is open for everyone to watch. And the employees all seem to get a long and have fun working together which gives the place an added sense of positive atmosphere. Ok so I love Bahama Bucks. But honestly this experience bugged me. This is just for the drive through. The line was pretty long so it took me awhile to get up front to place my order. Not too big a deal. But they didn’t give me a lid for my shave ice. It’s the drive through... I just assumed common sense would say that they should give you a lid when you’re picking up shave ice from the drive through. Instead, I got an overflowing cup of syrup as soon they handed it to me. I had to hold onto the shave ice the whole time I was driving, and try to drink the syrup as it melted more. It wasn’t a long drive either and it wasn’t even terribly warm out. I spilled syrup all over my car and my arm and had to clean it all up with wet towels once I got to where I was going. Unless they come up with a better system I’ll never be ordering the shave ice from the drive through again. Besides, the shave ice is way over priced.
