I'm not one to complain but this is a complaint style review. Hopefully itll help the company know what they need improvements on and help other people in knowing my experience.
The good, my order was redone due to finding a hair in my food.
The bad. Well. Let's start with the fact it almost took 30 minutes to even get my food (along with the 3 others in my group) and employees working during that time kept complaining about how they had to work short staffed (if I'm not mistaken I believe someone said there were only THREE people working and 4 had called in)
The bad. Found a hair in my order. The girl at the kitchen said 'oh let me look' and she literally holds it eye level and says 'it could be a hair or maybe a shaving from the oven' (doubtful about the 2nd idea, it was clearly an eye lash or a hair from somewhere, down there)
Will I ever come here over a lunch hour? Probably not.
Food, after all was said and done ended up having to be taken with me back to my work place. I didnt even get to eat anything I ordered meal wise.
Overall, all of us involved in that experience were NOT impressed. We were all kind of bummed out, because usually Fazolis is wonderful. Maybe we just had an off type of experience. Either way that's my honest review of...
Read moreWe visited this Fazoli's while spending the day in St. Joseph. We always look forward to the awesome breadsticks, and grab several orders of them. This time around. we ended up waiting over half an hour at the window (front of the line in plain view of employees) and weren't even so much as acknowledged by staff, despite multiple employees seeing us waiting and attempting to get their attention. The teller seemed to be abjectly ignoring the window while working on a drawer in plain view of customers with only the single window between her and the outside (which if that's a safe drop, it's VERY unsafe letting it be seen like that), while 3 or 4 other employees milled around, chatted, played with their phones, and in general ignored us and the half a dozen cars behind us. Not only does this result in mass loss of business as a result of disrespectful behavior towards customers, but it shows multiple safety concerns that could also endanger those same customers and employees.
All in all, very disappointed with the service received, and we never got our orders of breadsticks. 1/5 stars because it won't let me...
Read moreAmanda at the front counter is rude. Almost every table is dirty. We wiped one down and sat down. 2 ladies ordered food after us and Amanda delivered them breadsticks before us. I walked up to the counter and she asked what I needed. I pointed to the breadsticks directly behind her and asked if I could have a few of them. Instead of reaching over and handing me breadsticks she rudely told me she would bring them when she brought my food, which was sitting under the warmer ready to serve. When she finally brought our food she didnt bring my slice of pizza that came with the combo. I went back up to the counter and asked her about the pizza. She said she would bring it out when it was ready. I asked to speak to her manager about her attitude as she didn't apologize once and acted like I was getting on her nerves. She rolled her eyes and smirked about my request to speak with the manager. The manager brought my pizza and refunded my sandwich and apologized for Amanda's incompetence and unprofessional behavior.
