I want to start off with the fact that 95% of the staff that work here are entirely disrespectful, are rude and have terrible attitudes. They simply do not care about their jobs or their customers. I don't know how many times I've caught attitude from an employee taking my order in the drive thru because after I sat there in silence for about 2 minutes (was never even greeted), I said "hello?" and then the employee snapped right back "order when you're ready." in a very hateful tone. There have been countless times where my drink/order was wrong. On the rare occasion I order just french fries, they are always ice cold the very minute the bag is slung out at me through the window (so those always go straight in the trash. I could have saved time by just flushing a $5 bill down the toilet.) Also, for some reason, every time I have more than 2 drinks, I have to ask for a drink carrier (they never even offer one to begin with). So when I ask for a drink carrier, the employee always has to stop/sign/roll their eyes and then slam the window back closed to get a carrier to put my drinks in for me (me: the customer, remember? Am I supposed to apologize to the employee who is working at their choice of employment customer service industry job for being a customer? I actually am positive that is NOT how this is supposed to happen...) All in all, their food is trash and the majority of their staff are right there along with it. Read moreThis location has been by far the best in our little town until recently. The other three locations have been very slow all the other times we have tried them along with poor customer service and order accuracy. It seems this location has now fallen into the same issue with the drive-thru being backed up to the entrance from the road and inside maybe had 8 people waiting around the counter. After sitting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and only moving one car length up, I decided to go inside. The staff completely ignored the customers inside as they were trying to combat the drive-thru rush. It took 49 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot until the time I finally walked out of the lobby just to get our online order. It took some voicetress comments and conversation to finally get serviced at the counter and then as I began to leave, the single bag all the food was crammed into simply gave out at the bottom with our entire order hitting the floor. The employees (not the manager, who was no where to be seen) helped me clean up the mess and remade the order.
At this point, our family of 8 will be going else where to eat out for at least the next several months while hopefully the local stores get their acts together. I know McDonald's may not be concerned with losing $200+ a month from one family eating at their locations but I'm sure Wendy's or one of the other chains will appreciate...
Read moreI have never been treated more rudely in my life. Ordered 4 drinks, 4 burgers, and 4 chicken sandwiches. When I got to the window, I was handed a broken drink carrier with 4 half-filled glasses and was told the drinks are measured out and couldn't be filled. So I handed the "lady" 2 of them back and told her to make me 2 new ones. Got those and they were still not full. AND the drinks were covered with pop down all sides. Nice. My bag of food was shoved at me and the window was slammed shut. I am pretty sure that a manager was standing right next to her at the time, and refused to meet my eyes.
On a recent DoorDash order, we spent $70 and all 4 of our Large fry orders were cold and not even filled to the opening of the cup/box. I paid for larges and received smalls at best. Unacceptable. This location has declined in quality and customer service, and we will no longer spend our money at this establishment. You have lost loyal customers who spend upwards of $400 a month.
I have worked in customer service for over 30 years, most of that time managing different restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and Olive Garden. I would NEVER have someone working for me who obviously does not understand what customer service is.
