The black girl with the blonde streaks in her hair was highly rude and shut the window on me and caused me to not get to eat anything at all. I got there at 3am with a specific deal I planned to get for dinner food. I waited forever at the speaker with absolutely no response. Then another vehicle pulled up and didn’t get a response either. They then pulled in front of me up to the window and she took their order… a lunch order. She took forever in ordering them a few items then pulled them forward. As I was waiting behind them before they were pulled, another vehicle was behind me who got to take their order at the speaker. We pulled up and she asked if we had the coffee and quarter pounder… obviously that was the person’s behind us. I said no, we never got to take our order and before I could finish my sentence of saying we waited forever at the speaker she cut me off saying we’re not taking anymore orders until 4:30 over and over then shut the window on me and walked off. Mind you, I was there before the two cars who BOTH got lunch orders and it was not even 4 yet, even though I did wait over half an hour. I was then not able to get any food breakfast or dinner at any McDonald’s because of the timing and driving after all of that. And there were only a few other breakfast places open that I didn’t want to spend more money on either because I didn’t even want breakfast anyways. And all breakfast is too expensive to be worth it.
I’ve worked in fast food and closed doing drive and kitchen and cleaning alone and moving over from dinner to breakfast seamlessly. I know how it works, and there is no excuse. At the very least, she could’ve let me finish my sentence and didn’t have to be so...

At 16 minutes I pulled around them to pay for my food I had ordered almost 20 minutes ago that was probably cold by now. I tried to pay with cash, the lady said to never pull around someone like that again. I said I was tired of waiting with the kids in the van and then the manager told her she wouldn't take my money for the food. I saw many bags of food sitting there. I assume it's the orders of the people still in line. They wouldn't let me pay for the food out of the order it was recieved so I left! First feedback from Spring 2017: They have two pick-up windows & no one behind me in line. I ordered 2 burgers& they forced me to pull behind the guy at the second window who had a big order. Would not let me stay at the first window to get my food that was done before theirs. Why should I have to wait& let my food get cold? Read moreSo I placed a mobile order at 10:15 am I waited 13 minutes in line get to the order screen (10:28am) and the guy asks me to hold on and switches the menu to lunch. I pulled around to the window to check in and the lady says sorry we don't serve breakfast anymore. So I showed her my bank account where they already took my money and asked for the manager. The manager Renee was very rood. She told me that she wouldn't have them make my breakfast and I needed to go to my bank to get a refund. That is completely unacceptable. I come through this location daily. I know a couple of employees by name. I give them over $600 a month and and I have to go to my bank for a refund?! This is not how a business should operate. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning hopefully they make it right or the better business bureau will have to get involved. YOU CAN NOT ROB YOUR CUSTOMERS!
