Food was decent, but it took 55 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches and 2 black coffees. The staff was rude and unhelpful. After waiting 45 minutes and many other customers getting their food after we ordered we asked for a refund. We were then told they didn't know how to do a refund and we waited another 10 minutes for the food....

The food is good and so is the atmosphere but some of the people are awful don't work there you might get fired for nothing and if you do be prepared to not get told by the general managers of the location everybody else you know will have to look into it and tell you if you got a job or not it's a...
