I'm confused? Why would your restaurant employees be allowed to lock the door on customers and then follow them outside to harass a family? Whether the family or group have all paid, partially paid, etc shouldn't be their concern. It is the MOD's responsibility to DE-ESCALATE a situation and once they see it going south, they need to call the police which in turn would have resolved the issue in a more calm manner than what was witnessed! No Manager was seen when the group of guests consistently asked for one. Someone finally came over to the table but then another employee stated that wasn't even the Manager? What type of establishment is this? Sending out someone pretending to be Management? Then I see one of YOUR employees reach into one of their cars? Literally half of their body was in their car! This place has way too much drama! Management or a KEY hourly/Supervisor, whoever was in charge, should have immediately stopped any staff from leaving the building. Who was taking care of all of the other guests?! NO ONE, that's who! Not only that, but they are putting their lives at danger by walking out that door and acting the way that they did. Is there no policy for this? Every single one of your staff members who went outside to escalate the situation should be held accountable. They antagonized the whole ordeal and no cops were called until after the party left?! Your restaurant staff needs to be retrained. It is your job as the owner to do shift meetings on safety. I came in with my daughter for early dinner and was seated at the largest table by the bar; we were asked to move because a big party came in, which is fine, but we seemed to be forgotten at our new table. My daughter told me “mommy I’m hungry”. I waited a LONG time, asked two people who our server was, and even walked up to the counter where you pay. NO ONE helped us…… finally a waitress who felt sorry for us took our order after I asked; many people seated after us had their orders taken and received food before our order was even taken. So we go to the bathroom after our order was taken and a girl tries to hand me my keys, so I explained we’re only going to the bathroom. When we come back, they had cleaned our table off! I don’t think she understood what I was saying. We received our food and not once did anyone ever ask us how it was. I had to ask for our water again and walk to the front to get more silverware. Then a man who never acknowledged us before gave us our bill finally. We were in there way longer than we should have been; your food is good but I have never been so disappointed with our experience as I was today. His father is a police officer and is very disappointed to know how poorly you are handling this situation. Do not even think that you can accuse him of something he did not do! You know very well that there is no video of my son with a gun. That is slanderous. Upon reviewing your bad reviews, you obviously do not take criticism well and tend to call people liars. We experienced first hand discrimination from your staff. They were not attentive to us. We had to be the ones to ask for things we needed instead of them asking us if there was anything we needed. Perhaps it was because we were not your “regulars?” Your staff obviously lacks common courtesy to your patrons’ needs. Possibly a course in retraining is needed. My family has also been in contact with the local police and are also seeking legal representation as this matter seems to be escalating. Your staff had no right to detain my family and aggressively put their hands on them.
