Proceed with caution if you are interested in any cooking classes through this place. I saw a post on fb about upcoming cooking classes and was specifically interested in the Mommy and Me class. It was however scheduled for 10am, which is during normal school hours. I simply stated that I would love to attend, but my child would be in school. They replied back that it was for ages 4 and up and that there were other classes for all ages on the weekends. My child fits the age requirements, however is in school during that time, like most other children in the area. The Culinary Cottage then blocked me. How professional. I am so glad I did not book a class with them because they certainly do not deserve my hard earned money based off of their actions from me asking a simple question and pointing out facts! I was only trying to make it easier for local parents and their children to attend age appropriate events...

The Culinary Cottage is an incredible place where new and experienced home cooks will learn new things and be inspired.

My husband and I attended a Farm to Table class with Chef Tara. She was kind and helpful and her easygoing attitude made the class so enjoyable. The format of each making a dish and sharing it family style gave participants an idea and taste of many different dishes while also getting hands-on cooking experience. It was a fantastic date night!

My mother in law and I attended a Mediterranean Cooking Class with Chef Mikki. It was another great cooking experience and the food was delicious! We have already made several of the dishes at home and for parties.

My three daughters gifted me Tara’s class for my birthday. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! First of all, we had the pleasure of working in Tara’s new location, which is just beautiful. We made pasta from scratch in teams of two, then each team chose what recipe they wanted to tackle from two different sauces, a salad with homemade dressing, and a dessert. The recipes were easy and delicious, and Tara was right there to answer questions and help out. The pasta making was a blast! We had a great time with the other participants and shared a wonderful meal. Tara’s assistant, Donna, was great and helped with our ingredients, utensils, and cleanup. I felt very pampered! I highly recommend Tara and her team at The Culinary Cottage. Can’t wait for...
