I used to love coming to Biggby, but now it seems like every time I come here my order gets messed up. There was this one time the cashier told my boyfriend and I how we need to order the next time we come in so they understand us. She had the nerve to correct us when we repeated the order 3x to her. It seems like some of the workers go to work high, which may explain a lot. Now told they mess up our order ends up being $11 when it should have been around $5. I explained how they messed up and now I have to wait forever to talk to a general manager to see about getting my money back. In that case the shift manager should have refunded me on the spot, but she didn't want to help me. Instead she asked if I still had the coffees so I can hand them back. Drinks come exactly as they should, so skills much be up-to-par too. My only knock is that I wish Biggby (the chain) carried more sugar-free flavors, and I wish this location had a drive-thru or an order-from-phone and someone will bring to your car option. But all in all, these are tetchy little things, can't fault this location with either - so, it's worth a visit if you are in St. Joe and need a little pick-me-up! Biggby coffee is, IMHO, far superior to Starbucks (Starbucks always has a bit of a burnt flavor to their roasts, IMHO;...
