Although there are plenty of tasty, fresh, and well-prepared sandwich, soup, salad, and flatbread pizza options at this great clean I grab a Z!Eats Pesto Cheese and I am teleported to a simultaneously rich, fresh, gooey, and delicious place of good taste. Z!eats does the world's greatest - literally, the world's greatest and I've sampled grilled cheeses from some of 19 countries -greatest grilled cheese sandwich in the Universe. The fresh tomato width is perfectly sliced. The pesto is just perfect. The triple-cheese medley is rich, complex, tasty and delicious. The bread is always fluffy. God this is a good sandwich!

My server, Briana, was polite, respectful, and made a very delicious sandwich. Even though Briana put on a bit too much goat cheese, all the rest of the othe 5 major ingredients were spot on. Briana made up for it with her otherwise excellent conversations skills as we briefly discussed her career ambitions.

With the normal,designated proportions of all the 6 main ingredients of the Grilled Pesto Cheese - if all the bread, tomato, pesto, and 3 melted provolones, goat, and white cheddar cheeses are in the normal proportions, this is the world's greatest sandwich. Sometimes going by the book - and going by the directions - tastes best! (I think Briana thought she was "treating me to the good stuff" with extra of the cheese, the best treat the normal Pesto Cheese the way it is designed to be built!

In the heart of downtown St. Joseph, just on the outskirts of Silver beach I truly love the location of Z!eats. The clean and relatively interior has modern tables, plenty of well-positioned seating, and a brilliant picture window counter with many comfortable stools...

We went at 6pm, they were closing at 8pm, we were the only customer's there, they were already starting to close up, the soups were congealed and looked unappetizing. I got a salad and bowl of Mac and cheese which was 17$!!!! My son got a pick 2 with a half sandwich and Mac and that was 13$! With drinks and my sons bag of chips our orders total for 2 people was 39$! The employee was rushing us, he forgot my dressing for my salad, my lime for my salad looked used, there was barely any guac or pico on my baja mac and the mac and cheese was runny and cold, not worth the trip at all!! This was our first time coming in over a year, we were disappointed. Definitely not worth the price and the customer service was bland. Sadly, now I see why they are empty alot. That and they changed their menu for the worst and the prices are Terrible....

Nicole’s professionalism is the worst!

Today, I had the unfortunate pleasure of encountering Nicole at Zoup, St.Joseph, Michigan. While it was apparent that my receipt stated NO MAYO, I wanted to ensure that my order would be correct. I asked Nicole to make sure that there was no mayo on the smaller sandwich (to match the receipt). Nicole misunderstood what I said and didn't put mayo on either sandwich. After waiting 10-12 minutes for my order, I asked Nicole if mayo was put on the larger sandwich and she rudely responded "no! That's why I asked you!" Nicole then walked away stating that "I'll just put it on the side!" Nicole was even more professional after this point. The bottom line is, her attitude and unprofessionalism is ridiculous! Please enroll her in a "Service and...
