My boyfriend recently moved near this location I have been there 3 times and each experience was unpleasent and extremely frustrating First time it was about 7:15 and i was rudely asked and told by a femake employee that we are only doing online orders as if I should have just known that 7 pm was hardly an unreasonable hr and with covid and covid lifts drive thrus have remained a constant and reliable option for the public. Second time the drive thru line took 35 minutes with 5 cars ahead These are cold sandwiches not cooked food freaky fast would be my last description The order was incorrect for 2 sandwiches not meals and again rude I wasnt abour to switch sandwiches and sit in the slow line a second time so we purchased foid somewhere else JJ are my fav sandwiches hands down turkey at jerseys to salty and tastes processed bread is dry and tasteless Subway has gone so downhill with quality it has become an easy pass My third and what will be final experience occured yesterday evening The employee was to be honest mean I repeated my drive thru order and i get that it can be hard to understand but he acted highly annoyed and inconvenienced by simple requests such as extra cheese no tomatoes When it was time to hand me my food he once again was harsh unfriendly and i appeared to be a bother I asked for receipt and did not receive it. I was on my best game and cautiously keeping my best compusure I had an 8 yr old child with me so I do not believe I came across as difficult or disrespectful I will remain a JJ royal customer but at this point I will not return to that paticular location Thank you for the opportunity to express my recent within 2...
Read moreI normally don’t write negative reviews, but I had such a poor experience here that I thought was worth sharing as a Restaurant manager.
I went to this Jimmy John’s at 9:30PM. The front door was locked, I didn't know the lobby closed 30 mins before store close. A man inside just waved his hand like “go around.” I’ve never been to this location before, so I walked around the building but couldn’t find another door—so I checked if they had a drive-thru. When I got to the speaker, the girl said “Jimmy John’s,” and I started to place my order. Every time I said something, she interrupted with “anything else" in a tone that made it clear she was annoyed and didn’t want to interact.
At the window, I said “hi,” but she just told me the total, took my card, and slammed the window. When she gave my card back, she didn’t say anything—then she poured my drink and suddenly said, “It didn’t go through.” I gave her the card again, and she slammed the window again. Then I overheard her say (which seemed like she wanted me to hear), “I don’t know why people be giving me their cards when they know it ain’t gonna go through.” It went through. That comment was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Like seriously? She handed me my sandwich without saying a word and slammed the window again.
This was truly awful awful customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience at Jimmy John’s until now, and I won’t be returning to this location. If someone can’t treat customers with basic respect or a welcoming attitude, maybe customer service isn’t the right...
Read moreOk. Leaving this after it just happened. Mixed feelings.
This location is like any other JJ's in most ways. Food quality, delivery times, etc. Always cheerful and polite when in-store or delivering.
This location however, consistently makes mistakes with online orders. Little things, like not being cut in half or forgetting an add-on like cucumbers. Nothing to ever be bothered enough by to call, but still rarely correct.
Tonight, we received a sandwich (#2 Big John) with ONE piece of roast beef and just a paltry amount of lettuce. Not a mistake but carelessness or disregard.
Ok. No big deal. Called in, asked for a new sandwich. Guy on the phone (who I later learned delivered) was pleasant and surprised. He apologized and got another going. Awesome response. Note: I offered a picture of the sandwich, which was declined as unnecessary. This is relevant for later.
During said delivery though, he asked for the bad sandwich. Not an unreasonable request and I would have been happy to oblige had I known "it was policy." Unfortunately, we had made do while we waited (Hungry kid, folded the meat over and ate the third he could) and no longer had anything to turn over besides bread.
It was overall just a weird experience and when added to the "normal" mistakes common.. I just felt I needed to let the management know.
Whew, that was a ramble. Apologies in advance.
